I can't recommend Crown Plumbing enough after using their services twice now. Even though none of my toilet-related issues were immediate, their prompt availability was appreciated. Brian handled both jobs and his attention to detail and level of customer service was superb. He did a thorough job troubleshooting the issues and provided me with a number of solutions that he clearly laid out. All issues were resolved in no time and at reasonable pricing.

Not that I ever really want to need a plumber, but if and when I do I'm glad to know that Crown Plumbing is available to do a fantastic job!

Had a washer and dryer delivered the prior day. The delivery service could not hook up the washing machine due to something with the hot and cold water spouts leaking with the new hoses. Called out Crown plumbing and they were able to come the next day.Brian their plumber called 15 minutes before arriving and found out a good solution for my problems. He also came up with an alternative solution in the event he was unable to remove a couple pieces to replace. It took some elbow grease and a blow torch but he was finally able to remove the old pieces from the galvanized pipe. He did a great job and it was worth the knot of money I paid. I will definitely keep you in mind for any future jobs or problems.

My 25 year old Rheem gas water heater finally threw in the towel. Crown sent a very nice fellow to my home the same afternoon. He verified that the water heater was indeed the problem and arranged for a replacement the next morning. They even went out of their way to get a new Rheem for me.

Joni from Crown reached out to me after I left a one star review. I had been given what to me was a very high estimate for what was a simple repair.It was so high that I elected to just pay the $145 for the estimate and hold out for my regular licensed plumber, who was able to do the job for about a third of the price. She understood my unhappiness, said they always intend to have a competitive bid and though she couldn't explain why there was such a discrepancy, what could they do for me? I suggested they refund the $145 which she immediately agreed to. I was very impressed with her reaching out and resolving it this way, this response was certainly excellent customer service, which is rare these days!

Needed a cheap, builder-grade toilet replaced. This was the toilet guests always use, and...like half the time it would back up, or not flush right, or other gross stuff. Imagine when your folks are over and they use the toilet, and then you have to go get the toilet snake. Again. So when my parents were visiting for a couple weeks, it was time.

We went to George Morlan to talk about some other stuff (sink faucet replacement) and asked them about a toilet replacement. They pointed out a toilet and said, hey, call these Crown Plumbing folks (who are basically a block away). So we did.

The new toilet flushes perfectly every time, uses less water, and has a groovy ""soft close"" lid. $650 for the toilet, installation (which was somewhat tricky--tight spot, little clearance), exactly what they bid over the phone. Service was on time, quick, and correct--placed right, caulked right. The installer even put up with my questions about how the wax thing worked.

That was mid 2015. It's 2019 now, and the toilet is still perfect. We haven't replaced the lid or anything, we just clean it and flush it. We're about to go get them to replace the other toilet, which is an ancient creaky monster by comparison. Thank you! I'm proud to support a union shop in PDX, and you've earned my business for life.

I had a really nice guy come out to my newly purchased house for some estimates on repairs I needed and agreed to have a few items fixed mostly to see his quality of work before I agree to a total repipe of my house. I had a shower cartridge replaced and a toilet install. I bought the toilet. He sent a guy out to do the repairs and wanted to put in a new shower faucet and I declined and said replace the cartridge and he wanted to charge $375 to install a toilet which I provided. I called back afterwords and wanted to speak to the guy who came out Chris is his name and he never called back. Thanks for the $650 bill and no call back. Good Luck in your future of crappy service.

I've used this company pretty much since they started up in their present location and on the recommendation of Morlan Plumbing (the water heater king) when they were booked, and I've continued to find their service prompt, excellent quality, very straight forward and affordable as well as friendly and easy to deal with from the receptionists on the phone to the actual plumbers onsite when they have arrived to do the work that has lasted with no need for call backs whether it was installing a new shut off inside for the outside water, interesting attachments to the outside faucets to deal with pressure or something related and a new kitchen faucet installation that required our coordination with an insurance company. The latter was especially a helpful experience with the extensive background of the plumber and his patience and ability to even further assess the need for said faucet replacement. I can't say enough positive about this company and look forward to having such an asset in the community for any future water/plumbing related needs.
