I had them do a hookup for and install my washing machine. After they ""installed"" the machine, they turned it on. Water flooded all over my kitchen floor. They told me the washing machine was no good and that I needed to buy a new one. The machine is about 8 years old.
They charged me nearly $2000 (and wanted the check made out to cash).
I did, however, buy a new washing machine and when the appliance dealer came to install the new one, he couldn't do it because the idiots from Crown Plumbing used dishwasher hoses instead of washing machine hoses for the hookup.
They wasted my whole day, made me get angry at the new washing machine dealer (I ended up emailing an apology to the place where I got the new machine) and generally proved to be completely INCOMPETENT!
Do it yourself before you use them!
Susan T.One of the most disappointing contractors I've worked with. They may provide a low quote, but they are not upfront about communicating their services, they cut corners, make promises and do not deliver on them or communicate with you about next steps. We were scheduled for last week, but they were a no-show and there was no confirmation on why or when we would be rescheduled to. There are two open items I still have not heard back from them on.
This is the same Crown Plumbing as the one in Staten Island at 163 Dawson Cir, Staten Island, 10314.
Please do not work with them.
