I called on this plumbing company due to what I thought was a broken garbage disposal. They were able to send someone out within 30 min which was fabulous, especially since my regular plumber was booked solid for a few days. ""Mike"" came out and was grumpy and rude. Gave me a hard time about dishes in my sink. Which let me preface by stating I apologized for and immediately removed. He then gave me a hard time for never trying restart button on garbage disposal. This being said, it ended up only being a
clogged disposal. He was finished in 20 min and I was charged $100. He proceeded to explain how he could have just replaced the disposal even though it didn't need it and that it would have cost me more, and how most plumbers would have done this. As a homeowner for 10+ yrs, this is not my experience with plumbers or a normal fee for a service call less than 30 min. Prior to ""Mike"" leaving he asked personal questions which I politely told him I didn't feel comfortable sharing. I highly advise going elsewhere.

crown recently came out to fix a leaking outdoor faucet. when he got there we found that the pipe had frozen. the plumber(I forget his name) was very careful in defrosting the pipe, took all the time he needed to do it right, even though it was so cold that morning at 8am that I wouldn't have blamed him if he cancelled. he explained to me everything he was doing & was very professional. I need to have my heating & cooling system checked & I will be using crown.

I recently used Crown Plumbing and they were very good. The owner Rick Salvucchi was very responsive and went out of his way to insure everything was done well and that the customer was satisfied. Two men did the job; a Mike and Lucas. They work well together and were careful with their work and in cleaning up afterwards which was a big plus!!

I would recommend them for the future.
