Derick, from Crown Plumbing, was very professional, courteous and punctual for our appointment. Derick quoted the price before starting any work and got my approval to start. I request mask coverings when I have workers into my home, he complied, no complaint. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will use Crown Plumbing again in the future.

I dont know what their actual work is like, all I know is it was $200 for them just to come by so I passed. Called another company and it was $85 for them to come out which seems more normal.

The spigot in the front of our house was leaking non-stop today. I called Crown Plumbing around 11:30 and they were able to give me a window same day between 12:00 and 3:00 pm. At 1:18 I had a text that someone would be over within 30 minutes and shortly thereafter Robert arrived to check out the problem.

I had just had PG & E out to check that a gas leak had been repaired properly (it was) and turn the gas back on, but the PG & E tech wouldn't climb up a ladder to check that the furnace was on (it's in the attic). I asked Robert if he could take a look and make sure it was working and he did! He turned the furnace back on and checked on another sink I had in the house when I told him it was dripping.

Robert was very knowledgeable and listened to all of my concerns, offered advice and presented options. Not once did I feel like he was trying to sell me something, and it was very refreshing to have a contractor give me unbiased opinions and help me make an informed decision about the best path forward. We now have a short list of items in order of importance that we can address and I feel way less stressed about how/when to take care of the things that need to be done in our home.

Huge thank you to Robert for fixing the original problem super duper fast, taking the time to do a walk through of the home to make sure everything was in order, and setting us up with a path forward. We even have a cool idea for the wet bar that I don't think I'd have come up with if I hadn't chatted with Robert about the construction of the sink.

Thank you Crown Plumbing and Robert for your professionalism. It's an incredible relief to know that if we have a problem there's someone we can call who will respond right away!

I had my new washing machine delivered today and lo and behold both faucets had leaks! There was water under the old washing machine I wasn't even aware of! I called Crown (person who answered the phone was great!) and they sent out Robert within about 30 minutes. Robert was wonderful and explained what he needed to do and the parts he needed to go get. He was back in a jiffy, and fixed the issue within a couple of hours. He also advised me that the electrical outlet by the washer/dryer did not have a GFI outlet which is a safety/fire concern. I'm so glad he pointed that out, and he said the company also does electrical work which I plan to do immediately.
Thank you to Robert and Crown Plumbing for excellent service! They are now a contact in my phone.

Contacted Crown based on Yelp reviews. I was not disappointed. Customer service person was very accommodating to my scheduling needs. Tech text me when he was on the way and got right to the job. Problem was fixed within 30 minutes. Price was reasonable too. I recommend Crown!

Crown came out to unclog a sink and were successful but in doing so caused the metal pipe to leak, which they scheduled a next day appointment to fix. After an inconvenient miscommunication they were able to rebook for the following morning. The appointment went smoothly and they were able to fix the pipe for less than the price originally quoted, which I appreciated. I also appreciated their commitment to customer service after the scheduling issue. Happy to have a working sink again!

BY FAR THE BEST PEOPLE TO WORK WITH! Enjoyed conversating with their whole team amidst a disaster that was caused by someone hitting and damaging our water line. They worked hard as anybody can. I will only use them for my plumbing needs. Would recommend highly to friends and family.
