I can't judge their work, however I felt the need to share that their prices are ridiculous. I was quoted close to $800 to install a garbage disposal, and the average rate is closer to $150. Definitely get a ball park estimate before scheduling.

Managed to fit me in the same day, and showed up exactly on time. The job appeared fairly straight-forward, but presented some unexpected issues, which the tech handled with little hesitation. Would definately use Crown Plumbing again!

After 20 years, my bathroom drain pipe and overflow started leaking. Crown replaced the pipes but used cheap plastic pipes and after 4 years the pipes broke and water dripped down the ceiling. Another plumber looked at it and I was told that Crown used cheap plastic and the fitting was crooked. Crown should have used brass not plastic. So after only 4 years I paid another plumber to do the same job properly. Hopefully you read this review and think twice about hiring Crown.

Very professional. Our water heaters pilot light went out and we ended up needing the thermocouple replaced. The tech had the parts and fixed the water heater on the spot. I'm pretty sure we need a new water heater sooner than later and when we do, we will have crown back out to help. Very impressed.

Called Crown Plumbing yesterday to address a plumbing leak in my crawl space and got an appointment for a plumber to arrive today between 8 and 10 am. A bit after 8 Pablo Chavez from Crown arrived, found the leak and the source of the ""liquid"" leaking before quoting the repair. All of the parts and tools were on the truck and the repair was complete, tested, and cleanup finished (and paid for) shortly after 10 am.

Hard to beat getting the repair done just after the latest arrival estimate. Pablo was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and masked.

Manny did a wonderful job of installing the toilet in my main bathroom. I had purchased a toilet to install that didn't work out, so Manny got another one to use that looks and works great. This is the second toilet Manny has installed in my home, and he did a super job with the first toilet as well. I will definitely recommend Crown Plumbing to others as they are professional, reasonable, and courteous.

Shout out to crown plumbing and especially our plumber Luis Perez!! My bracelet slipped down the bathroom sink at 6pm on a Tuesday and crown plumbing had someone here within an hour. Luis wore a mask and was efficient. He was able to take apart the plumbing in 2 minutes and found my beloved bracelet. Thank you Luis and crown plumbing!!! Great customer service even after hours

The last thing one wants to do is re-pipe one's house, especially during a pandemic. But when the pipes in our kitchen gave out, we called Crown Plumbing to fix the problem. They told us we would probably need to re-pipe the house (we had very old galvanized pipes). We had gotten another estimate from another plumbing company who told us that they would only repipe but not patch up and drywall the holes in our walls and that we would need to do this ourselves. Crown came in at about the same price, but they also included wall and drywall repair (no painting but that's easy to do yourself). Freddy was who I initially worked with and he was friendly and knowledgeable and super cool and easy to work with and communicate with. The next day Crown Plumbing came out and replaced the pipes all in one day. The plumbers were very professional, thorough, wore masks and worked very neatly. We went the permitted route which I always recommend when spending a good chunk of money on repairs, and there were a few issues that needed to be resolved but the owner Abram, was super proactive, accommodating, communicative and responsive and saw to it himself that everything was taken care of. I know that some plumbing companies and contractors often have a bad reputation for trying to ""get over"" on their customers, but I was really happy with how much this family-owned business took care of me and my little family. Thank you for your awesome work and customer service, Abram, Freddy, Luis and the whole crew! I never thought I would say this but I love my new copper pipes!

I called Crown Plumbing because of the great reviews on Yelp. Indeed I was very satisfied with Sal's professionalism and experience. We had a leak from the outside of our home basically under the toilet area. Sal investigated the issue asking all kinds questions to lead him to not cutting thru walls to find a leak but to change the toilet seal. He repaired it as well as another toilet with a different problem. Prices are very reasonable. I would use Crown plumbing for any plumbing issue. Thanks Sal. You da best!!

I think this is going to be my go to plumber from now on. I used to use a licensed plumber that had his own business, but really was a 2-3 man shop, so quality was great but response slow. In those cases, I'd always go to larger 'franchise' plumbers and they were ok.

I tried Crown and as a bigger plumber shop, they are super responsive and the quality of the work and the professionalism of the person they sent was great! Easily could tell that his skill and knowledge was higher than some of the other bigger plumbing companies out there.
