Amazing service today from Crown Plumbing. Called this morning, and received a same-day appointment to investigate a leaky kitchen faucet and toilets that were perpetually running. I received a two-hour appointment window. During that agreed-upon window of time, I received a text message confirmation that our technician was en route to the house. Minutes later, Michael Silveria arrived on-time. He was courteous, listened to me explain the issues, and thoroughly examined the areas in question to provide a list of options to me.

He confirmed that there were parts in our kitchen faucet that needed replacing. While he was working on replacing some rings in the three toilets in our house, I got in touch with the customer service rep from the faucet manufacturer. It was only because Michael was willing to help explain the issue to the customer service rep (who didn't believe my story) that we were able to convince her that I needed a replacement faucet sent to my home. I would have spent so much time going round and round with the faucet company had it not been for Michael and his helpful description of the issue.

The entire service call (and the replacement parts and service for the three toilets) totaled $174.

I am now a loyal customer of crown plumbing and will happily refer others to them!

Mike was our technician and he was prompt, friendly, and informative. He gave me a full explanation for the water heater problems, as well as a variety of solutions (unlike the other two vendors we met with). We had a few odds/ends jobs that needed attention and he was happy to review them while visiting for the water heater call. The price was fair and explained fully. We ended up buying a new water heater and were able to schedule with them the next day. They were early for the appt, which I had hoped they'd be as we discussed scheduling, and were in and out in 3 hours. In total, we had them remove and haul our old water heater (which was in a basement), install and hookup the new heater (including drilling in mounts to the basement masonry wall), install a water line to our fridge, and repair faucets in our bathroom. Everything was tidy when they left and I received a full itemized statement via email.

My only note: they use an automated text system to confirm appts and let you know when the technician is on their way (which is awesome!), but I didn't get a text when they were on their way for the service appt, which meant I was in a meeting when they arrived and had to pause work to get them setup. Plus point though!, they setup super fast and on their own as they could see I was busy.

Thanks guys! Hoping nothing breaks in the near future, but if it does, I'll know who to call!

Called very early in the morning with a water heater leak and they came over right away and also hooked me up with a service to fix the water damage.

Plumber came out same day, which was good, told me that the toilet tank-to-bowl gasket needed replacing but that it was an old toilet so gasket was not readily available. Gave me a number to call to try to hunt down the right gasket. Quoted me $363 to do the repair, or $692 to replace the toilet! He did not charge me for the house call, however.

I went to OSH and bought a repair kit (readily available gasket for my ""old"" toilet) for about $15 and fixed it myself.

Paul, supervisor, is a very experienced professional plumber. He does listen to client requirement. He utilizes his long years of experience to adjust the plan based on requirement. The team finished the work very well. We are really satisfied.

Two month ago, we took the ""plunge"" to renew our main water supply from the street to our house. The piping was 25+ years old. We let out the contract to the first plumbers to showed up (on time) which was Crown Plumbing. The project manager, Paul, was very attentive of our situation. When we received the other bids and compared them, we called Paul who reduced their bids to match the others. Paul made sure the project went smoothly and timely. Paul even came out at the end of the project to make sure it met our satisfaction. Within the following week we had the whole system installed and our front yard re-landscaped. Thanks to Moises (master plumber!) for his magic with installing the piping and valves in a novel and efficient way so that we could save in the cost of additional piping and valves. Mario was great. He made sure our French drain was correctly installed, covered and then he came by after the outpour was in to finish filling the trench. Couldn't have asked for better work and professionalism! Good service but a little steep in price. Had a couple of sink issues and no volume discount. The techs are nice, but the coats would have been cheaper if shipped around...handyman may have been sufficient since no true plumbing involved.

I will call a second opinion for price next time.

Called plumbing company and got a call back from Victor within minutes, he arrived within the hour. He provided estimate and completed the job. We had a sewer line back up on a Saturday morning. We called eight different places, Crown was the only one where a human answered the phone. They got someone out to our house within two hours (Victor) and he had everything fixed within an hour. Very reasonable price, very nice guy. Highly recommended. We kept his card, we'll be calling again I think just to do preventative cleaning each fall. Thanks Victor!
