Crown had the best reviews so we called them to come unclog our toilet. For $375 each sink (2) I choose to check around & was so glad I came across a very reasonable place. I would not call them again, couldn't even do it that day to fix our sink as advertised. Hubby & My opinion only.

Great experience with Crown Plumbing. I had a broken hose spigot (wouldn't shut off) and I also couldn't shut off my water main. I called Crown and they sent out Luis Perez that afternoon. Luis texted me to let me know that he was on his way and he showed up in the time window. He was friendly and professional. He fixed the problems and also showed me a tip so my water main valve wouldn't freeze up again. Fees were reasonable and my problem was fixed. Thank you Luis! When I have another plumbing issue (and I know I will some day), I'll call Crown again.

Hope others had a better experience.
We couldn't get the pilot light on following instructions. So Crown came out and ""tried"" starting the pilot for 5 seconds NOT following the directions and then told us we needed a new heater for about $3500.
It cost us $227 just to look at it and tell us that.
I then called ANOTHER plumber who knows Whirlpool heaters (A). He came and looked at it and just hit a simple reset both I and Crown overlooked. He didn't even ask for money, but we paid him anyway.

I don't want to give two stars because the guy who showed up, Manny, was very nice and professional. We suspected there might be a leak in the bathroom and Manny took a look and told us there's not which was a great news. What I'm not happy with was the office didn't mention clearly that there's a $227 fee upfront. I guess I would still go with them but it would be nice to know upfront.

The owner gave me a call and we agreed it was a misunderstanding. I got refunded. Will consider another try in the future for plumbing issues.

We had an issue with a sewage smell in our house. Crown was supportive and available to come do an inspection. Anthony came over and thoroughly inspected and provided recommendations to address the smell. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

I had a water leak in a copper pipe under the house, the location very difficult to access. My original call was late on the afternoon and Manny, Crown plumber, showed up before 10 the next morning. Assessed the leak, proposed the repair and did the repair within an hour and a half. The bill was a bit higher than I anticipated and I talked to the office. The owner listened to my concern and did make a change in the cost after hearing what part of the repair I had done. Highly recommend Crown.

Elderly instant water heater gave out after its full decade lifespan. Our family was in urgent need of a replacement. Crown answered the phone, nicely, we had an appointment within a day, they came on time, and replaced the unit with an upgraded model that same week. We are highly satisfied. Crown plumbing is excellent!
