Discovered a sewage leak under the house, called Crown. Shane was out right away and made his diagnosis. Came back 8:30 the next morning with Ramondo.

They got to work. Finished in about three hours. They left the house just like they found it. Also took excellent pictures so I didn't have to get down in the crawl space to see what they had done.

Very pleasant experience from start to finish. I needed a shutoff valve replaced for a refrigerator before a new refrigerator was being delivered. They were able to come out within 2 hours of when I called them and the plumber was courteous and thorough. I will definitely consider them for any future plumbing needs.

Before contacting Crown Plumbing, I tried another top rated company using their chat service. The person answering the chat told me that a representative would contact me within two hours. Nobody did. Then, I contacted them again, and got the exact same answer, but I was never contacted in the next two hours nor the next day. So, I emailed Crown Plumbing, but I did not get a reply. Then, I tried to call the third option with top ratings, but the person was a rude and dismissive. So, I decided to give Crown Plumbing a call before going for the fourth option. The representative who took my call was friendly and professional. I scheduled an appointment to the next day. The plumber arrived on time, solved the issue, checked for more issues, and gave me a good explanation for what caused the issue. I am happy with the service I received, but I suggest you to contact them by phone (rather than using email) if you ever need.

I would highly recommend Crown Plumbing. We noticed our water heater kept displaying an error message stating the burner needed replacing. They recommended we obtain the part from the manufacturer as the unit was still under warranty. We reached out but had no luck getting a response from the manufacturer. When we called Crown Plumbing back they had a direct number for us and success we got the part! Shane from Crown Plumbing replaced our water heater burner in under an hour. He was on time, professional, wore protective gear and we are so happy with the work.
