Our water softener started leaking on a Saturday, and the big-box home improvement store where we'd bought it and paid to have it installed (rhymes with ""Hose"") said nobody could come look at it until Monday. So we called Crown, who a neighbor had recommended.

Whilliam came right out, assessed the problem and gave us an estimate. He came back Monday morning with the right parts and did a great job; by the time the Lowe's plumber called to make an appointment, Whilliam was already done.

Victor and William are fantastic! Making the appointment was easy - the young lady that answered the phone was very helpful. Victor was on time, professional and courteous and answered all of my questions. He also really knew what he was talking about and was focused on helping me make good decisions, within my budget. He came back the next day with William and the two gentlemen put in two new toilets, worked on my sink, and also my water heater. Before they arrived, I received text messages they were on their way. I could not be happier and would absolutely recommend these guys!

I recently called Crown Plumbing to come help with a backed up kitchen and bathroom sink that didn't respond to Draino. Whilliam Mercado was my technician and I am very impressed with his service. He showed up on time, wore covers over his shoes, and was very good at talking through the issue with me. He even went above and beyond by taking the time to fix another problem (another bathroom sink with low water pressure) that had been bothering us for years, that another plumber had told us would be an expensive fix. I will definitely call Crown Plumbing again if I need any plumbing work done!

Michael S. came out today to fix a gas leak in our kitchen. I have been trying to get someone out here forever! He came out so quickly and the leak has been fixed!! Great people here. Very fair and cool. Cut a hole in the ceiling for a tub leak on the second floor. They Felt bad because they scared the baby. No problem though they where fast and very professional. Next Day texture guy came to finish the job. Super fast looks like nothing was there.
