Hiring a plumber (or any housing contractor, for that matter) always seems like a crap shoot. Will they be reliable? Efficient? Reasonably priced?

I am happy to report that Wes from Crown Plumbing was all those things. This is now my ""go to"" for any future plumbing meds.

Wes came by yesterday after we had noticed some staining on our ceiling under our primary bathroom upstairs last week. He arrived within the window we were given and gave us a call before arriving. He was super nice and thoroughly explained to us the issue at hand and how it would need to be fixed and gave us an estimate of the cost. This made us very happy as we previously had another plumber out to assess the problem and he was adamant that it was an old stain and we should wait for it to become a bigger issue.. Trusting my gut, I called Crown Plumber and was able to get an answer we were comfortable with. Highly recommend! We will definitely be using them going forward with any future needs.

Crown showed up for my emergency leak in the kitchen. They swapped out the old piping in my kitchen, changed out the kitchen valves, and also changed my broken valve for the main house water line. They showed up in less than 30 minutes of my call!

Only thing that made this bittersweet was the $800 price tag. I understand it was an emergency, but I felt it was steep. He was only here for an hour tops! Then again, what do I know about plumbing....

Regardless, I was happy with the response time and solution. Definitely recommended for Sterling/Countryside support!

Elvis just left my house. He somehow managed to replace two defective shower valves. Both were 19 years old and were very difficult to remove. He did not give up. I now have 2 fully functioning showers.

I would not hesitate to use Crown Plumber again.
