I had my water turned off due to crack in a copper pipe in my back yard- they got me right on their schedule, gave me an hour window they would come out- 2 of their men came out and were done in 30 minutes. They were very courteous and did a great job! It was a pleasure- who can say that about have work done at their house? :)

Crown City Plumbing did a wonderful job finding and fixing a leak in a unit two floors above mine. The water was mysteriously showing up in my kitchen cabinets, and a previous plumber was unable to identify the water source after coming to my place three times over the course of a month.

The two gentlemen who performed the work were efficient, kind, professional and very respectful. My neighbor was experiencing anxiety due to the pandemic and they were able to ease her anxiety and get the job done.

The area worked in was left clean and tidy. This was a relief as it wasn't my unit. I couldn't have asked for better diagnostics and service. They were very easy to communicate with and responsive to texts and calls.

I needed a toilet replaced so naturally I called Carlos. When I spoke with him he acted as though he wasn't interested in performing this task. He put me off for days then finally got a couple of his guys to come over and swap out the toilets. I can't say I was thrilled with the installation as the toilet blocked the door and didn't flush well. I called Carlos and he came over to check it out. I could tell he wasn't happy and he stated that the problem was the toilet and I would need a new toilet that fit and worked better. After many issues with American Standard, I got a new toilet and called Carlos. I called and left a message, he never returned my call. So, I guess, if you don't have a big plumbing job, don't bother to call him.

Carlos from Crown City Plumbing & his employees were absolutely awesome. He came highly recommended by someone I truly respect. I was in need of a larger plumbing job. He showed up on time and gave me a great estimate. I had a few estimates and opted for Crown City Plumbing. He did everything he could to be cognizant of keeping my cost down. He and his staff was professional an exceptionally qualified. This was not an easy job. A few plumbers weren't even equipped to handle it. Carlos instilled complete confidence in his company's ability to handle this job. Thankfully, they finished ahead of schedule. At the end of the day, he charge me less than he had estimated which was a very pleasant surprise. I highly recommend Crown City Plumbing. They explained everything to me showed me a few concerns that I was not aware of. In the end, I will recommend them to all my clients and friends with complete confidence. We've used Crown City for a few jobs now so I want to share how excellent they are! First they installed 2 new tankless waters instead of one old tank at the same time they also installed a full house water filtration and non-salt water softener system. It was the worst time of Covid but everyone was super prepped with masks and the work site was very clean at all times. There was a lot of digging on the side of the house and and connections to be made under the house but it all went smooth including when our old tank decided enough was enough at 6pm the day before the new ones were hooked up somehow they managed to breath life in it to last us an extra day! Our water use has gone down almost 70% since this got installed. Our sewer line has been a disaster waiting to happen, it's loooong, it had a nasty belly issue. Carlos with his team came they dig out the old sewer line and changed what needed replaced at the right angle. For some weird reason we have two sewer lines going out to the street but they meet in the middle of the drive way. They had to hammer up the driveway which turned into a quest (!), which resulted in some change of the plans and re-routing of sewer pipes under the house. It was a big job and even with pretty unexpected challenges, the full team was solution focused and worked really really hard to ensure we had running water and toilets as much of the time as possible. At all times we knew what was going on and always felt confident they had it handled. We've also had a few minor plumbing things popping up here and there like they do and Carlos has always been great to send someone out to take care of it. He has a solid team of great skilled people that work great together, and it's assuring to know they are on it and will take care of it. Plumbing issues are my least favorite.

Came to my house to replace garbage disposal and broke the pipe that leads out off wall. They lied and said it was like that. But their was no broken pipe before they came to my house. Had to get PROFESSIONAL PLUMMER to fix their mistake. They were 2 hours late and never called to let let me know. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I called Crown City Plumbing for a water pipe leak emergency. Hours after their arrival, I get a call from the plumber Carlos saying that he could not find and stop the leak. I asked him if he wanted to come back the next day to do the repair as he mentioned that he needed to let his guys go home as the time was past 6pm when he called me. However, his reply was that he doesn't really do these ""types"" of extensive jobs, although it is listed in the provided services section. So I said ok, and moved on to find another plumber.

I must say that this company is quite aggressive in seeking payment for a job that they couldn't do. Carlos did offer a discount and allowed me to pay $250 for his guys to look for a leak.

My first positive experience with a plumber. Carlos and his team installed a new tankless water heater. Everything went as planned from my initial phone call to the onsite inspection to the installation. Prompt attention and a same day turn around. Highly recommended. Will be using as my go to company in the future.

They came today and unclogged the sink drain for us in a timely manner. They had mask on. Cleaned the sink area after the job was done for us. Great experience with them!
