As you can see by all the great reviews CCP is fantastic. I have been working with Carlos and his team for quite a while and they are great. They do quality work at a good price and they are super honest people. I would trust them to handle any plumbing issue...big or small.

Plumbing problems and emergencies especially are the worst but ease your mind ... Carlos and his crew are hands-down the best. Prompt, communicative, competent, proactive, professional, and affordable ... so so so helpful for maintenance, repairs of any scope, new installations, and even when it all hits the proverbial fan. My business had a serious bathroom issue. They came same day, assessed the situation, made one trip to their truck, closed the bathroom door to be as invisible to my customers as possible, and reemerged in 20 minutes having totally fixed the problem, cleaned everything spotlessly, and disappeared as quietly as they arrived. I waited for the bill shivering in fear, and alas, it was totally fair and affordable and included some quality suggestions for short-term and long-term maintenance. Highly recommended!

Having spent years in the property managment field, I have worked with numerous vendors. My rule of thumb...if you come across a good vendor, stick with them. That vendor for me is Crown City Plumbing. I've worked with many plumbers and CCP tops the list. They're trustworthy, reliable, and extremely skilled. They've handled issues both small and major. Each and every time they've impressed us with their quality of work. Carlos and his team are second to none. He knows I won't call anyone but him...because they're that good. I have been in a realtor in the area for 34 years. Over the years, I have worked with many plumbers for work at both my own home, as well as, referring them to clients I was recommended Crown City Plumbing by another plumber! That trusted plumber strictly does small jobs now, and said Crown City was excellent. Carlos Soria, the Owner, and his team, are by far and away the best plumbers in Pasadena, or anywhere locally, for that matter, in my opinion. They have done some major re-piping for me both in 2018 and now 2019. I have had two late night emergencies at my own home that Carlos personally showed up in less than an hour! Carlos and his crew are punctual, polite, careful, work clean and thoroughly explain each job. They go above the call of duty every time! The emergency situations truly impressed me, but the additional maintenance work on my pipes and clearing of all my drains was also done with care and concern. They are knowledgeable and do what they say! I will NEVER use, or recommend, another company! Their prices are excellent.

Crown city plumbing did a fantastic job putting in gas, water and sewage to one of our rooms to make it a laundry room. I couldn't believe they got it all done in a day. I also had them clear out a partial blockage in one of the drains. I was also very pleased on how fast they were able to take on these jobs.

One of the best experiences I have ever had hiring crown city pluming to do some pluming work at my house in my laundry room. They do excellent job, the crew know what they are doing, they are experienced, and work very clean. I highly recommend anybody that needs pluming work! Also very reasonable!

Last New Years Eve, at about 11:00pm, the sump pump in the garage of our condo complex suddenly stopped working, and the garage began to flood. We called Crown City's emergency number. Carlos Soria, the owner, answered the call, and said he would be right over. He arrived within a half hour, and quickly determined that the pump was not repairable. He then called someone he knows who runs a plumbing supply store, convinced this guy to meet him at the store at midnight, got the right pump, and came back and installed it that night (or should I say 2:00am on New Years Day)!
That's why we use Crown City for all of our plumbing needs!

Crown City just completed a re-plumb of our entire sewer system. It was a tricky job involving pipes under the house and under our brick front porch which we didn't want to destroy in the process. After discussing the options, Carlos and his crew did the work at a fair price ahead of schedule, minimizing the downtime for us. The quality of their work is consistently high (we've used them previously for other work) and they are very conscientious, taking care to maintain safety and cleanliness/order. The entire crew is very polite. Carlos is very responsive, texting pics and updates every day.
