If there were 10 stars than it would fit for Crown Bath. They did 2 bath tubs for us. It's a new home that had damaged surfaces. The epoxy they applied is better than the original finish on the tubs. Plus, attention to detail was extraordinary. Customer Service was top rate. If ever I needed service again certainly it would be from Crown Bath !

DO NOT USE CROWN BATH!!! Don the owner will start a project and collect funds, then will send you a follow up email saying sorry we can't complete the job due to the unknown... We are not going to be able to do this job because there are a lot of unknown variables. It would be best for you to work with a contractor. Sincerely, Don Potocki President

Our home (a new build by TM) had several gouges in the bathtub, so we asked for it to be fixed. TM send Crown Bath and we could not be happier with the results. Eric was our technician, and he was very friendly and service oriented. He did an excellent job - you would never know the tub had any issues at all. He checked the entire tub for us to be sure there were no areas we missed. We highly recommend Crown Bath - great job. If all service folks were like Eric - we would be thrilled. I was referred to Crown Bath in Bradenton for a repair on my Jacuzzi tub by Jacuzzi corporate. I made initial contact with them late September/early October, leaving multiple voice mails and emails that were not returned. When I finally got a real person on the phone, they scheduled a repair for 8-10am 10/17/16 . They did not show up so I called and was told they were running later and would be at my home around noon. Then a follow-up call informed me they did not have the part on the truck and we would have to reschedule. The repair was made on November 11, 2016. While part of the problem was resolved with the repair, the dry-out blower would not turn off without being unplugged from the first use after the repair. Here is where the real problem began. I first tried trouble-shooting with Jacuzzi, since I thought it might just be a setting or easy fix. After an hour on the phone trying various things, Jacuzzi said that since it never worked properly, I should contact Crown again to have them come back out and rectify it. I have proof of multiple emails asking them to come back out that were ignored or a reply that they needed to contact Jacuzzi and could not was the main excuse. By December I asked them to escalate the problem and on 12/30/16, received an email stating that I would be charged an additional labor charge of $225.00 to complete the repair because it was a separate issue. We argued this point since it was not in full working order after the first repair. The president, Don, sent an email on 1/5/17, stating """"to be clear, we will not be making any future visit to your home for this unit. I am permanently closing out the job and suggest you contact Jacuzzi to resolve the new issue.....seems we are at an impasse due to irreconcilable differences"""" He also stated that I, Mrs. Pike, had witnessed and verified the resolution of the unit which is completely untrue. I was in my office with a client and could not leave to check the unit, depending on his verbal statement that the repair was complete. Bad business, bad customer service. Still do not have a functioning tub.

CB was contracted by the builder for some follow-up refinishing work. Scott Norris was on time and work professionally through the setup to cleanup. He spoke English and is a great TM that took pride in his service and repair work. My wife (boss) was very pleased and happy with Scott's refinishing work in both bathrooms. When you need refinishing work, I would call Crown Bath and ask for technician Scott Norris to service your bathroom refinishing work. Three words describe Scott... He was awesome!
