Awful! Total hacks! I had them put in a booster a booster pump at their suggestion. They put in a defective booster pump, costing me $2000, which I later found out from another plumber was completely unnecessary.

Then the guy comes out to look at it because it made weird noises, said its not working properly, and that he'd try to get it warrantied. That was at least 6-9 months ago!

No one answers the phone, it always goes to an answering service that doesn't care, and no one ever calls back! When I finally got the guy to schedule a time to come out. He cancelled on me that morning, and then never rescheduled and never called back! I have been calling numerous times a week and no one calls back! I'm completely fed up, but want this thing fixed or removed and my money back. They are clearly avoiding me because they don't want to fix their own mistakes.

Do not use!!!!!

We switched to Lucas in Newtown. Very professional, call back immediately, and show up as scheduled every time. Pricey, but worth every penny!
