I have been communicating with this company for 3 weeks because I needed a safety shut off valve installed in my trailer. A plumber finally comes out and is over 40 minutes late but the worst part was that he asked me where the valve is supposed to go...and he says he hasn't ever installed one before...he stands there looking absolutely clueless about my request and he doesn't take any measurements or notes or anything he just kept asking questions about the valve and who is going to inspect the valve after it's installed and then he left. I won't be calling them for anything again because why would they send someone out to my house that doesn't seem to know what to do? And I read the previous reviews about how this company sends you a bill later. So they never mention an estimation fee.

I had Crowell Plumbing come out to unclog my drain going to my septic tank.Their cutter got stuck in my pipe.They came back with an excavator and dug my pipe up to free their cutter.After removing my pipe he tried to snake the drain.He had me flush my toilets over and over till the pressure caused water to leak in my basement.He never cleared the blockage.He sent me a bill for $1,737.I hired another plumber who fixed the problem.

I called after I installed a new well pump, when he called back a couple days later he said he could stop by, well I showed him the pump an he looks an says them lines are to small, do they go under the drive....yes....ok we might have to change them. Then he puts a test meter on that line an said foot valve bad in the well. He then states that he can get to it in a day or two. That I need to get cover off the well...he leaves an we fix it that evening ourselves...over 2 months later we receive a bill over 100 dollar's....I don't mind paying for work done but stopping by an not even giving an estimate idk..

Very expensive (compared to comparable work I've had done in the past)! While they were friendly and prompt, I'm quite sure you can find someone to do the job at a much better price. I had sticker shock when I saw the bill.

Sadly, I wont be using them again. Simply because of price! If money is no issue then you will be fine.

We couldn't be more pleased with the job done Crowell Plumbing Eaton, Ohio. We called them after three no shows from Mike Hudson's Septic Tank Cleaning. Crowell Plumbing came out same day. They finished our Septic Tank Cleaning in less than an hour. Their workers were very professional, courteous and honest. They charged exactly what they said they would charge. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing septic service assistance. Finally, a company who demonstrates true customer service! Thank you!!
