Always love reviewing great companies. Went to review this and found I already did. This time is for a big job though.

Steve installed a water pressure pump for us to boost pressure for our city water.

Not only was his bid better than 2 other companies, but he found a way to locate the pump at a far better spot. He did this on his own without prompting...by thinking the project through. The others were going to put the pump at the street but he didn't like that idea and suggested installing it at the house.

The job turned out to be more complex than expected because the builder had decided to locate the water main UNDER the sidewalk.

This is where Steve really shined. Instead of breaking the concrete, he did the amazing thing...we had a big hole dug for him and he crawled under the sidewalk to hook up the pump successfully. This was truly over the top! It would've been so much easier to break the concrete. No extra charge.

At one point, Jill came to help. She smelled gas leaking near the work site. We had never smelled it before. Steve was able to fix the leak. We got way more than we bargained for.

This team really is super in every way. They show up on time, schedule quickly, do the job right, and they even clean up beautifully. They are happy and upbeat as they work...a pleasure to be around.

I can't say enough! Steve thinks about every step of the job. He was obviously determined to make us happy. A few times I told him something was good enough...like the way the concrete slab had been poured tilted toward the house instead of away (someone else did this part). He fixed the tilt anyway because he wants it to be right.

Steve takes pride in his work. So does Jill. And it shows.

Where to even begin i have been going to Steve and Jill since 2015. Anytime I have ever had a plumbing issue since owning a home they are who I call. The price that is quoted has always been the price I have paid. Very reliable and great work and they actually care abut you. They have saved me a few times and have saved me again with a massive leak in my house. Got the right restoration company out the same day to start drying everything constantly checking in with us to make sure everything is going as planned. Told us if we need anything to let them know and they will be there. I will never go to another plumbing company as long as Crouse plumbing is around. They are pretty much like extended family at least that's how they make us feel. Love Steve and Jill they are awesome

This review is about the remodel of our shower in the master bath. Work performed, remove old shower enclosure, shower pan and hardware. Install new shower enclosure, pan and hardware. Our experience was completely positive.

Elements we especially liked:

Communication: Throughout the project there was good communication about what we wanted. Steve answered all of our questions in a patient and thoughtful way, never rushed.
Easy Selection of new components: After discussing what we wanted with Steve at his site visit, Amy (office support) emailed us options for the enclosure and hardware.
Clean up: The removal of the old shower is a little messy because you have to cut into the wallboard. Steve is meticulous in his clean up.
Good value: Price for the work was competitive and reasonable for the amount of work involved.
Craftsmanship: Watching the project unfold, it was obvious that Steve and Amy knew what they were doing and cared about doing good work.

We were very pleased with the outcome and can recommend Steve Crouse Plumbing without reservation.

Love Crouse Plumbing! Steve and Jill have helped me out of so many jams, the latest being a sheered hose bib courtesy of a german shepherd! I put in an urgent request for help and even though it was well past quitting time, Steve still stopped by the house on his way home and had us back in business in less than an hour. Customer service is top notch. To round it off, they are both genuine people and not out to take advantage of desperate homeowners! I wont use any one else!

Steve & Jill did a shower remodel for us and it is truly BEAUTIFUL! The shower was the ugliest this imaginable when we bought the house. You had to step down into it, it had a sliding glass door that lead to the back yard, and was full of rot and mold. Lol, yes a sliding glass door in the shower to the backyard!

They raised they floor to they shower, got rid of the mold and rot, had it treated for termites, everything! The sliding glass door is GONE! A new wall was put in and we have privacy! Their expertise in helping us design and make our dream for our shower remodel come true was painless, fun, and affordable! They had a ton of knowledge! They were both professional and friendly at all times! They went above and beyond what we asked and dreamed of!
