Sent two men out to do a simple inspection of my cleanout (no snake or anything). Said it looked fine. On property for 10 minutes. Charged me $110.

We were having some work done under our house that necessitated the removal of our hot water heater. We were charged $170 labor just to have it drained and taken out of the crawl space. I thought that was really expensive, but when they put it back and hooked it up today they charged us another $299. The labor charge for today was $213. Just be aware that they charge you from the time they call and let you know they're on the way, not when they begin working. We never expected to pay almost $500 to have our water heater disconnected & then reconnected. We will never use these plumbers again.

Just has a new water heater installed by the very professional team of 2 employees from here. Words can't describe how these 2 men went out of their way to fix my plumbing issue. Eternally grateful. Thank you for superb service

We had this company go over to my 85 year old mother's home to do some minor work. First of all they sent two plumbers to do what was easily a one-person job. After they were finished they charged her $361 to change out a kitchen faucet that she had already purchased!!! The bill didn't list hours or rate or even a description just $361. There seems to be more and more, in the service industry, a lack of integrity in dealing with our elderly. My advice: before you hire this company or any plumbing company, tell them when you have a small job and that you will not be paying $75 per hour per man for small jobs. Water heater installation? Sure. Faucet? Ridiculous.

Had a shower leak. The guys call me that they were on their way. Found out that's when the clock starts. They added some putty under the shower drain but it was not fixed. I called back to see if they could fix it and they said that I had to pay again. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I recently bought a rehabbed property, with some fairly shoddy renovations. I originally called a competitor about fixing a clogged sink and a minor leak from an improperly installed toilet. I have 80 year old cast iron plumbing. The other company wanted to charge me like 20k to tear it out and replace. I called these guys for a second opinion and they said it was honestly fine. Cast iron, yes, but in good shape considering. They fixed the toilet and unclogged the sink for just over $300 (in contrast the other company sent me a bill for almost $1000 just for taking off the toilet and telling me they couldn't fix it and would need to replace the whole plumbing system). A couple weeks later I noticed an unpleasant smell coming from my bathroom sink and some problems with my washer drain. More shoddy rehab issues. Anyway, the spent several hours for two days fixing everything up and it was still way less than I'd expected to pay. In addition, all of the employees I've dealt with have been fantastic. Highly recommend. They also came out quickly each time. Really great. Only downside is they only take check or cash. But I imagine this helps keep prices down. Thanks!
