Nubbin Crouch founded Crouch Plumbing in 1967. The company has seen contributions from his father Mitch, brother Del Ray, and Nubbin's kids, Roy, Randy, and Rita, throughout the years. In 1977, after completing his studies at the Denver Institute of Technology, Roy returned to Artesia to enhance the business with HVAC offerings. The company was incorporated in 1997 as Crouch Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc., with Roy Crouch serving as President. The business was fully purchased by Roy and Dianna Crouch in 2007. Their son KC also gained experience working for the company during his college breaks. Four generations of the Crouch family have worked at Crouch Plumbing.

Roy and Dianna Crouch are the current owners of Crouch Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. Roy's journey began in high school when he worked for his dad. Upon graduating from the Denver Institute of Technology, he managed the HVAC service sector. In 1997, he took on the positions of President and stockholder. He completed the business acquisition in 2007. Roy takes pleasure in addressing challenges to aid others. He also relishes the challenges presented by the construction industry. Roy is a licensed contractor, and Crouch P.H.A.C., Inc. frequently serves as a subcontractor for HVAC and plumbing services in commercial construction and new housing projects in Eddy County.
