I would give them zero stars if at all possible. The company that managed our property used this company for their maintenance. Anything under $200 did not require authorization from us. Our previous tenants called in an issue with the clothes dryer. In July, Crossroad sent their people out to fix the problem. We were charged $191 to replace a bearing kit, bearing slides and felt trap duct. This was for a 13 year old dryer (which could have been replaced for around $350). When our latest tenant moved in in August they complained about the atrocious noise the dryer made. I reached out to Crossroad multiple times. I left numerous messages for Sherry, which were never returned. When I finally was able to get her on the phone she agreed to send her service guy out to look at the dryer again. By then, it was November. He told my tenant the dryer needed new bearings and that it might make more sense to replace it. Hhmmmm. We had paid them $191 to replace the bearing kit. We were told they would get back to us about what things would cost. We never heard from them again. In the past several days I have emailed and left a message for Sherry to call me, neither of which she has done. I reached out to the former management company and when they called Sherry, she told them that we had been difficult to get in touch with. I have received one email (in August) and no calls from them. My tenant left her a voicemail, which was also never returned. I would NEVER recommend using this company unless you enjoy wasting your hard earned money. If you look at my other reviews, you will see that out of well over 100 reviews I have never given anyone a bad review until now. After many months I did finally receive a refund from Crossroad for the work done because the owner said she wasn't satisfied with what the tech had done. She also offered me a free hour service call for the future. I am thankful and appreciative that this has been resolved.
