I had a burst pipe under my double wide. The plumber said he was not going to try to fix it because of the water on the ground. When I was in high school I worked for my uncle who was a plumbing contractor and we would crawl under homes no matter how much water was under there. Anyway the plumber said he would not attempt to repair it until there was no standing water under the house. Meanwhile he cut my water off without asking me to save water for the toilet. Luckley I did so. I guess he will be back tomorrow and I am sure I will be charged a second service charge which I will refuse to pay.
We will see how this turns out.

After a total of 2 actual hours of pouring acid down the two sluggish drains , replacing plastic n metal parts to toilet flushing mechanism -- one drain still doesnt drain well, the toilet doesnt flush completely and the faucet's ( original problem number 1) steady trickle is now pouring out more water. So dude wants me to give himcheck for 450$, sign a couple of times on an ipad screen I cant read-- i ask for a receipt -- that he cannot provide.
Left message on answering service by text-- not pleased do not return.
´will address this problem on Monday' as per this company's way of handling issues. Half ass job, leak worsened, toilet not flushing.

I recently had a water leak outside of the house. As on previous occasions I used Crossroad Plumbing. I never had an issue with that company previously. The job was completed by one man at the cost of $120.00 hour.

An hourly wage of 120 exceeds what would be reasonable for the job performed. The actual work may have taken 45 minutes to an hour but I was charged $240.00.

Very unprofessional and very rude...came out to my house to unstop a line under my house ended up busting a dust cap..i had one big mess called them out again got over charged and the problem still hasn't been fixed said they would be back that following Monday have yet to see them it is Thursday called them back out today and the owner was so rude to me... he is a jerk and needs his business shut down... Don't use their service...
