We used Crosslin in April 2017 for a repair through our home warranty company. For whatever reason our credit card did not go through. Instead of calling us or letting us know, they waited until 9 MONTHS later to try & charge our card again. Thus resulting in a surprise to us. This is a terrible way to treat a customer.

my warranty company sent me to them for claim when called the were agitated like they didnt want my business but warranty company sent me there so made appointment .Day of appointment they did not show up claimed warranty company called and canceled i called warranty company they had not done this. i have a small baby and another child with asthma my ac isnt cooling right. now that August is coming i might have to wait till then to get help. because there horrible service.

I will say that the representative that showed up to do the work was very efficient and diagnosed the problem quickly, however, the price that he charged was very high for the work performed. Be sure to get estimates up front because I think this company could take advantage of you
