I may change this but for now I'm on pause. Cross just did a plumbing job less than three weeks ago. I'm having issues. Instead of saying we will send someone out to make it right, they wanted to make it abundantly clear it might NOT be their fault. Mind you,this is an entirely new bathroom renovation,faucets and shower trim. They installed everything! My shower is making an awful noise!! But they want me to be sure to know we will probably charge you more money!!!
