We have needed a new pressure reducing valve for a while now. The estimates were so high from other companies I kept putting this off. One company said we had over $1k of other stuff to do because things weren't up to code and about to break. Cross & Sons not only changed our PRV at a reasonable price, but they checked out everything the other company claimed I had to do. To be frank, I would have been taken to the cleaners with the other company.. Literally everything is fine and up to code. I am so thankful to now have a reliable and honest plumber. Plus, it's great they are 24 hours! They were thorough and made sure we understood everything. Very friendly too! Will be using again if/when needed! :)

Hi Kristina, I just wanted to email you all and let you know what a tremendous job that James and his helper did making the issues right on the water heater on Friday. James was extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable!! He was very accommodating and apologetic on the phone when he called me back after speaking with Ben. I needed to replace my sewer drain pipe. The plumbers were knowledgeable , professional, and well mannered. They responded to my concern for any underground utilities near my drain pipe. They were able to dig under my concrete walk when others said that the walk would have to be removed to replace my drain pipe. They removed the old pipe and tree roots from the site. Their estimate was over $1,000 cheaper than another pluming/HVAC company in the area. I would use them again.

I have to say this was the best experience ever. I had new countertops freshly installed today and did not realize that they would not re-connect my plumbing. I called Cross and Sons and they were at my house within an hour. The gentlemen that came were very pleasant to work with and had positive attitudes. I called late on a Thursday afternoon and was told the earliest they could have someone out to my house would be sometime Friday afternoon. I was very happy when I got a call mid-morning Friday that they'd have a crew at our house in less than an hour. Nathan and his helper, I think his name was Ethan, were very polite and asked questions when I told them what had been happening with our plumbing. During the initial inspection, nothing out of the ordinary was found so I was asked if I wanted them to use the camera to look inside our pipes, so I said I did. One bit of info, in case you don't know, they have to remove a toilet in order to get the camera inside the pipes and they record what is seen on a DVD and give you a copy, so you can look at the plumbing under your house any time you want, or want to show it to family or friends. I highly recommend Cross & Sons for anything plumbing related as they are quick to come out, polite & respectful and very reasonable.

These guys are a life saver!! After dealing with a backup toilet for a week cross and sons came and fixed the problem in an hour. BJ and Ben came in and got right to the problem and kept us informed every step of the way. We will definitely be using cross and sons in the future for any plumbing problems.

Awesome service, called in for emergency for a pipe that I can't fit it in on the water pump. Told the dispatcher I need it ASAP, in 30 mins Seth & Derrick show up and install the pipe to the pump. Thanks to them I was on time for my final inspection to close my house today.

I've used Cross & Sons several times over the past 10 years and I wouldn't call anyone else. They arrive when scheduled, charge a fair price, and always make me feel like I am dealing with someone who knows what they are doing! They were at my house just this week and I couldn't have been more pleased with the end result. A metal back-flow valve cover had broken off and wedged in the main line from my house. It took them all day, but they worked it out rather than having to tear up my floors or my front porch to get to it. Every time I thought they were ready to give up and start considering demolition to get to the pipe, they tried something else... until they got it done!! I have to wonder if another plumber would have given that much effort to protect my home and avoid tearing up some part of the structure of the house. I hope I never need to call a plumber again, but if I do, this is who I will call!

4-1-13 Water bill was increasing each month. We didn't hear nor could we find a leak. Cross and Sons showed up and found leak immediately. Replace pressure reducer. Extremely fast, courteous, and great price. Second time we've used Cross and Sons. Very pleased with them.
