We have had excellent experience with both Matt and TJ from Cross Plumbing. They did the sub work on a bathroom remodel, and we felt they were very professional and courteous. I would use them again.

Called about a leak because of a high water bill. I explained that I was getting ready for house guests. The gentleman who came to my house was condescending and rude. I was trying to learn about the problem. He asked for my husband (who has been deceased since 2009) and gave me very short answers. He was here about 20 minutes maximum. He located the leak from the irrigation valve at the water meter. He also gave me a lecture about the quality of the irrigation pipe. While he was digging, he said that he thought he might have cut the cable. He told me, """"If I did, that is on you. We don't take care of that. You need to call the cable company."""" He did not close up the job. He halfway apologized because he, """"was getting the flu."""" He said he would be back in a couple of days and """"finish up."""" I called and explained that I no longer needed their services and told them not to come back. I called Kent Plumbing who finished up the job. They were wonderful; I highly recommend them. I received a bill for $289 from Cross Plumbing with a $39 charge """"trip charge."""" I hate to think what the additional charges would have been had he been allowed to return. I will never use the company again, and I will make sure that I never recommend them to my friends and neighbors in Glynn County. I have friends in Brunswick who have used Living Waters for leak detection. They have equipment to detect leaks,and they charge by the job. I have lived on St.Simons since 1973, and this is the rudest and poorest service i have ever received from any local company.

The technician that came to my house was amazing. He asked what was wrong....and listened. He explained that he was going to look. Came back and offered suggestions. He took time to explain what was possibly happening. I have been fighting with draining issues for waaaayyy too long. One plumber would say septic tank. Septic tank would be cleaned, repaired and still have same issue with water not draining from far side of house. So after 4 trips this week from plumbers, and septic tank repair, TJ was able to clear a grease stoppage that was just getting pushed further and further along when each plumber would look and fix it for a couple days. I cannot say enough good things about the service he delivered. It has been a few days now and water is still flowing so I feel confident he fixed the WHOLE issue.
