What a wonderful company, with wonderful workers! I called them for a second opinion on possibly needing a new sewer line. According to another company that came over, we needed it fixed ASAP to the tune of $19,000! Michael came over right away the next day to do an inspection. He took his time, checked from multiple angles, and turns out that was a bunch of bologna! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the honesty I received. It's hard to come by companies that you can trust, but Cross Plumbing is one of them. Turns out what needed fixing was just a toilet reset! It was very reasonably priced and done quickly and beautifully by Dean. Dean even answered some questions I had about a sink I needed replacing and helped me figure out what would need to be done and the dimensions! Mike and his entire team are FANTASTIC! We have used them for many, many years at our business and recently at our home. They can work with the 100+ year old building for our business and our 30 year old home seamlessly. We had our water heater at our home break while showing our house for potential buyers and Mike had his crew out to fix it within 30 minutes! Everything was fixed perfectly and we were never without hot water.

We had a problem with a possible slab leak. Contacted Mike and he sent out Jerry the following day. He was able to stop the leak and was very friendly! Then we scheduled with Mike and his team to fix the plumbing issue from the slab leak. He even helped contact the people who fixed the dry wall for our home. Mike and his team are very friendly and fast to respond to any questions or concerns. Definitely recommend them!
