My husband and I needed to hire a plumber for the first time since we moved to Menifee. I was not sure whom I should call, so I decided to call our friend, Javier Sanchez, for advice and hopefully a good referral. Javier is the owner of Blue Diamond General Constructor in Murrieta and knows who does the best work in our area. He referred me to Cross-Linked Plumbing because he knew Marvin was very experienced and professional. I called Cross-Linked right away to schedule an appointment and was very pleased with the person I spoke with over the phone. She seemed very knowledgeable and assured me that Marvin would handle our plumbing issue as soon as he could. When he arrived a few days later, I was very impressed with his polite, friendly demeanor and positive, ""can do"" attitude. First, he analyzed the problem, and then explained what he suspected to be the cause. He answered our questions and acknowledged our concerns. Then he worked quickly and smoothly to get the job done. When his work was completed, he handed me the bill which was exactly the amount I had been quoted. I thought he had done more work than the original quote and I offered to pay him for the extra time and work, but he said ""no"" because everything he did had been part of the job! Marvin is an excellent plumber and has many years of experience to offer his customers. Marvin is hardworking, honest, polite, and reliable. My husband and I plan to call Marvin for all of future plumbing jobs. We both highly recommend Cross-Linked Plumbing to everyone in our area.
