Our property manager called Cross County Plumbing to fix a leak from the unit above us. The plumbers said they did not find an active leak & left without providing a cause or remedy for the leak. We put plastic over the hole in our ceiling & sure enough, droplets of water have come down since last night. Clearly, there is an active leak, but they were not able to find it on Friday due to incompetence, corruption or both. I do NOT recommend this company.

Cross County recently installed a new water main line into my house. Due to how the original builder had installed the water line (under the basement slab of my house), I was first skeptical that Cross Country team can actually pull the old pipe and install new pipe in its place. The project was led by Rickie and his crew. Although they have ran into multiple unforeseen challenges, Rickie never displayed any frustrations and always provided assurance to me that the work will be done no matter what. The pipes are now installed and I have my water back. By the way, Cross Country was able to install the new water line at a fraction of what other plumbers had quoted. Excellent work by Cross Country team. I would definitely refer them for all plumbing needs to anyone.

I've used Cross County Plumbing twice now, once to install new shower fixtures, and a second time to install a new garbage disposal. Both times the work was completed quickly and flawlessly. But what I appreciated most about them was the time that they took to understand the problem (and help me understand what I needed to do) before actually proposing a solution and coming out to do the work. I talked to Donnie on the phone both times and felt like he really listened to me, helped me understand what was going on with the plumbing, and what my options were. He also gave me recommendations on negotiating the warranty with the manufacturer which really paid off - although the product was no longer under warranty, I did get a discounted replacement part from the manufacturer. So I really appreciated the all-around professionalism and great customer service. I'm really glad that I found them and intend to continue working with them for future plumbing needs!

Donnie and his team of expert plumbers (Ricky) and his apprentice were fabulous! They were punctual, wore masks and removed shoes upon entering and even found a small pinhole leak before it became a huge problem. We had them back twice to put in 4 additional sink faucets and a shower faucet. Extremely reasonable prices and top-notch! They will certainly get our business in the future!

We can't say enough great things about this company. I sent a query on Yelp on a Sunday - I received a call within 2 hours. They were the only company on Yelp we contacted on Sunday that did get back to us that day, even though others stated 24/7 service. Cross Country Plumbing was able to go out the next day (Monday) to examine the problem and did the work on Tuesday. The owner is amazing - he's so responsive, kind and honest. We felt like we were dealing with a very reputable company who cared about doing good work and providing honest fees for the clients. We had an issue related to a corroded pipe that was leaking into our basement so it wasn't one of your run of the mill issues. They assessed the situation, were spot on with the solution and we could not have been happier in dealing with this company. Would highly recommend. They are going to be our first go-to company going forward for any plumbing needs we have.

Cross County does quality work. They have properly trained professionals who execute like a well oiled machine.

They came over quickly to work on a 100 year old plumbing system and did so with ease. They knew the old cast iron plumbing needed a different service than newer homes and were able to resolve a few leaks in no time.

A special thanks to Ricky and Donnie who work well together and care about the customer. I will be using them again for additional work/remodeling.

Had a water main going bad - apparently the previous owner of our house had the water main previously repaired that started going bad - but Donnie and Co were able to dig it up & fix with a reasonable time and price quote and all worked out well . Thx

A simple wax ring replacement turned into an unexpected (and out of our depth) flange replacement. I asked for a quote via yelp on Saturday night, and Donnie immediately responded and had someone out here by Sunday afternoon. Ricky was absolutely terrific and got us squared away with both the flange and adding a laundry line to the same pipe so we could move the washer down to the basement. The extra work took longer than expected, but they stuck to their quoted price, and Ricky was really nice and patient with us the whole time. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend!!
