Expensive Plumbers. CrossCounty was in my house 10 minutes, replaced 1 toilet gasket and charged me $175. They said that was the minimum charge.

We needed a garbage disposal replaced over a weekend, on short notice. Kevin not only did it in record time....but was pleasant and didn't seem to mind the (annoying) homeowner watching over his shoulder! Great!!

They came out the next day to hook up a new fridge to water, replace a tub spout, and investigate a leak. They were on time, courteous, made the fixes efficiently, provided me with materials to fix the leak, and all for a very reasonable price. I really appreciated the prompt attention and good service. Don't be turned off by the brusqueness on the phone--these guys know their stuff and are honest and fair. Will use again.

I scheduled an appointment with Donnie, the appointment was scheduled for a few days down the road. Shortly after scheduling the appointment I called back and said the appointment wouldn't work, shortly after that I left another message saying that the appointment would in fact work if we could have the appointment be from 10:30 to 12:00, instead of the initially agreed upon 10:00 to 12:00. I left a couple follow up messages because Donnie hadn't returned my call, I asked him to get in touch with me to let me know if we were on for the 10:30 to 12:00. He never gets back to me until 11:30 in the middle of the window I'd proposed, and wants to talk about sending somebody over. When I express that it wouldn't work at this point and that I didn't know if he was coming or not because he never got back to me about the changed appointment time, he responds by saying, ""Well, you kept changing the appointment.""

Again, after initially booking the appointment I cancelled it, then followed up very quickly and said we could more or less do the original appointment but with a half our delay at the start time, and please get back to me and let me know. I don't hear from him for 2 or 3 days (and not until two thirds of the way through the appointment window I'd proposed) despite leaving multiple follow up messages and he's implying it's my fault because ""I kept changing the appointment"" as if I'd changed it 8 times.


I've got a pretty serious leak in my kitchen and this has delayed me getting it fixed.

This is the company to use. They are incredible. Donnie is the owner and runs a wonderful business. Rick, Mike and Dave did the work (I think I remember the names correctly).
We had a leak in our basement pipes (pinhole leak in copper pipes). The emergency repair was done by another company on a Saturday night. We needed to replace all the pipes so that this would not happen again (we had already replaced the 1st floor pipes). I left messages for 5 companies and they all responded within 30 minutes. Donnie however had one of his staff out at our house within the hour to look at the job. He called right back with an estimate and was able to start the work several days later. It turned out to require some additional work and they came back the next week and finished. They were neat, clean, respectful and wonderful. The cost was very affordable.
Another company came that first day to estimate. They told me it would be 1 to 2 days for an estimate. It came a week later (after all the work was already done) and it was for 4 times the amount Cross County charged (using the same materials).
It is very special in this day and age of expensive poorly done work to find a company that takes pride in their work and does it so well and for such a reasonable amount.

I can't say enough great things about this company. I had a ceiling leak in the basement and they were here within a couple of hours, before any other company could come out. They got to work immediately and spent an hour and a half doing the repairs and cleaned up after themselves. They were very honest, respectful and fair. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely continue using them in the future for any plumbing needs. Thank you Ricky and Donnie!!

Competent, honest, and responsive. What more can you ask. I will not hesitate to hire them in the future. Compared to other estimates, prices were very fair - not low balling but very well priced. They know what they're doing.

Great, honest company. Donnie was very responsive to my phone calls and texts. They came to the house on two separate occasions and were prompt both times. The guys were super nice and finished the job quickly. Highly recommended!
