Hands down the best plumbing service I have worked with! Donnie was fast to reply to my inquiry one evening (which was around Easter time, by the way). He gave me a very reasonable quote and said that he could send someone out the very next morning. David arrived promptly. He was courteous and professional, but most importantly he was persistent. What initially seemed like a quick snaking job ended up being more complicated, and instead of giving up he kept working and after some time the issue was totally resolved. Though the job took longer than expected I was charged the original quoted price. I called Donnie to provide positive feedback about David and he called me back to thank me for my business. Having a plumbing issue is terrible but Donnie's fabulous group made it as easy to take care of as possible.

It's Saturday am and My girlfriend and I are stuck in my one bedroom condo because of Coronavirus situation. My toilet clogged this am. I tried to plunge it several times (which always works) but no luck. I called ccp and Donny answered - who was at home. He spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me and walked me through retrying to plunge and fix it. Sure enough, it worked. Donny couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. I highly recommend Donny and this company. I will be calling them next time I need a plumber

At first, we wanted to change our 3 prong (hot/cold/shower) to just a one prong. The main reason why we wanted this was due to an issue with our main bathroom tub and shower, where when we would turn on the water, the shower also came on. This was unfortunately causing issues with our water pressure and taking showers in this bathroom. Unfortunately, Cross Country would have had to tear down tile and drywall to complete the work, and we just did not want the hassel. The plumber that came to complete the work was able to replace the shower stem and changed out our old spout for a new one. This improved our water pressure and we are now able to use our shower!!!!! We are so grateful for Cross Country for their honesty and service!!! We will definitely recommend them to our friends and utilize them in the future!

My utility tub, that the washer drains into was totally clogged up!! IT flooded the laundry room, it was a mess.

Donny answered on a Sat morning and was as honest as could be about time and price (yes it was the weekend and it would cost more, but my daughters were leaving on a big trip and NEEDED to do last-minute laundry!).

David was here within an hour and snaked that clog outta there!!! Done in about 45minutes!!!

They are the best contractors I've ever hired. I hired them for a simple pipe replacement, but thanks to whomever built my house, they had to deal with a number of problems which made a simple repair into a long and difficult job. Donnie and Ricky along with their crew handled it with cool professionalism and focus that you never see in a contractor these days. It took them longer than they had planned, but they overcame the problems through sheer ingenuity and got the job done. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

If you hire any other plumber in moco, you're a fool. They will be my first call for every plumbing problem in the future and should be for you as well.

I used Cross County plumbing for the first time on 07/25/19, based on their very favorable yelp reviews. I had a kitchen sink that was clogged for three days, and I tried my best to get it unclogged. I'm the type of person that if there is any chance at all that I can do it myself, I will try to do it. I was four hours into it, and exhausted, and I own a professional Rigid plumber's snake, but I couldn't get the damned drain to clear. Both of Donnie's technicians advised me that I need to get a different auger head for my machine. I found it on Amazon and ordered it.

I must say that Donnie is an honest guy who is straight with you. The communication was excellent, and the technicians came to the house when Donnie said they would. They had some equipment problems with a plumbers snake breaking (this is life), and they had to bring another one from another location. The price for the work done was extremely reasonable. They first tried to go 30 feet, and the clog was still there. They then went 67.5 feet and finally got it. With that amount of drain snake they used, they probably cleared out both of my neighbors drains too, unbeknownst to them. The technician was there at least an hour. I guarantee that most plumbers would have doubled the estimated price, because they had to snake the drain twice. But Cross County plumbing stuck with their initial estimate.
Also, the technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable.
You can't get any better than this.
I will not hesitate to use them again.

Called Friday evening concerning clogged/broken AC condenser pipe. Didn't get call back until Monday morning ~10 am. Agreed to an appointment for Tuesday, I texted my address, and was told that will get a call within an hour to set up definite time. Monday at 6:30 pm, still no callback, so called again and left a message. On Tuesday morning, at 7:20 am, got a text that they will arrive 11-2 that day. At 2:44 pm on Tuesday, received a phone call that they can't make it that day and will try on Wednesday. I didn't return the phone call and will never use this company. Tuesday night contacted different company, they returned call on Wednesday morning at 8:30 am, plumbers came at 11:30 am on Wednesday, and the problem was fixed in 30 minutes.
