I have been using Cross County Plumbing for a few years now. Honestly I have dabbled with several other plumbers over the years, but Cross County Plumbing is the most reliable, cost-effective, and takes the time to communicate. They are the best value for your money. Price is always reasonable for a plumber. There are cheaper options but you don't want cheap and you don't want expensive. You want value. If they serve your area, stop looking and call Donnie.

We have used Cross County several times. Recently we called about a leak in our ceiling. When they first came out, they thought it may have been an improperly seated toilet, which they fixed right away. When the leak didn't stop, they got someone out to look again, and because they hadn't caught it the first time around, they didn't charge us. Unfortunately, the leak didn't stop there, and the same person came out to help one more time. He apologized for misdiagnosing the problem, fixed it, and told us there wouldn't be a charge.

This is the first contractor I've ever felt comfortable contacting, and even when the problem doesn't get fixed right away, Donnie and his team are always willing to make it right. This is a really great place to contact when you need work done.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking professional plumbing services. David was the plumber who assisted us with our clogged toilet issue. He was courteous, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He promptly introduced himself, wore shoe covers, and a mask while keeping a safe distance. He was able to fix the issue right away. First time I called for this provider and the man on the phone is very rude. He didnt answer any of my question about our toilet issue. He didnt bother asking what repair do we need or anything. I think his yelp reviews are not legit.

Our property manager called Cross County Plumbing to fix a leak from the unit above us. The plumbers said they did not find an active leak & left without providing a cause or remedy for the leak. We put plastic over the hole in our ceiling & sure enough, droplets of water have come down since last night. Clearly, there is an active leak, but they were not able to find it on Friday due to incompetence, corruption or both. I do NOT recommend this company.

Cross County recently installed a new water main line into my house. Due to how the original builder had installed the water line (under the basement slab of my house), I was first skeptical that Cross Country team can actually pull the old pipe and install new pipe in its place. The project was led by Rickie and his crew. Although they have ran into multiple unforeseen challenges, Rickie never displayed any frustrations and always provided assurance to me that the work will be done no matter what. The pipes are now installed and I have my water back. By the way, Cross Country was able to install the new water line at a fraction of what other plumbers had quoted. Excellent work by Cross Country team. I would definitely refer them for all plumbing needs to anyone.

I've used Cross County Plumbing twice now, once to install new shower fixtures, and a second time to install a new garbage disposal. Both times the work was completed quickly and flawlessly. But what I appreciated most about them was the time that they took to understand the problem (and help me understand what I needed to do) before actually proposing a solution and coming out to do the work. I talked to Donnie on the phone both times and felt like he really listened to me, helped me understand what was going on with the plumbing, and what my options were. He also gave me recommendations on negotiating the warranty with the manufacturer which really paid off - although the product was no longer under warranty, I did get a discounted replacement part from the manufacturer. So I really appreciated the all-around professionalism and great customer service. I'm really glad that I found them and intend to continue working with them for future plumbing needs!

Donnie and his team of expert plumbers (Ricky) and his apprentice were fabulous! They were punctual, wore masks and removed shoes upon entering and even found a small pinhole leak before it became a huge problem. We had them back twice to put in 4 additional sink faucets and a shower faucet. Extremely reasonable prices and top-notch! They will certainly get our business in the future!
