I found Cross Country on Yelp when I had a plumbing emergency. They were fast; they came in about an hour when our usual plumber said he would not be able to come until the next day. They were fast, courteous and clean. I could not be more pleased. They are now my go-to company for anything having to do with plumbing.

Had a water supply pipe leak from the WSSC line to the house at my elderly parents' place. We were referred to Donnie and his company who responded promptly and got right to work. His crew did a great job. They were focused on getting the job done properly rather than collecting a deposit or getting a signature on a contract first. Very honorable and rare! Will refer to others and move them to the top of the list of go-to contractors.

I had an emergency situation and normally using that word means you're about to be taken advantage of. What a plesant surprise when I encountered Cross County Plumbing. They were booked on existing jobs, but told me someone could come early that evening. Kevin arrived and saved the day for me. He was knowledgeable, professional and had my problem promptly fixed. The biggest surprise was the total amount due! They couldn't have been more fair and reasonable. It is so nice to find a business that cares about the customer and treats them honestly. They will be my ""go to"" plumbers in the future and I highly recommend that you use them for your plumbing needs.

This review is a few months late but we highly recommend Cross County Plumbing. Our basement flooded due to backed up plumbing and, of course, this happened over the weekend. I called several plumbers and Donnie was the only one to return my call. To avoid weekend prices, Donnie recommended that we continue to use water sparingly and that he could have someone at our house first thing Monday morning. The plumbers arrived on time, we're friendly and did a very thorough job in clearing the pipes and replacing a kitchen faucet at a fair price. We would definitely use them again in the future.

I contacted Donnie yesterday after reading other Yelp reviews. I needed a toilet replaced and a kitchen filtering system changed. He sent Jim this morning and it was taken care of well. Great work and straight forward. I will definitely contact them for any future needs. Seems like a local small business so always worth encouraging. The price I paid seemed a bit high but issue resolved promptly so am happy.

Dominick (Donnie) sent a plumber named Kevin who snaked the drain pipe behind my kitchen sink. The work was performed quickly and fixed the problem by removing compacted detritus from the line. It took less than half an hour. I was very pleased with the service and work, but I was dismayed at the high price: $225.
