They've been especially flaky this year. I had to keep calling and ask if the test was completed then was finally told it was completed but I haven't received the bill by email as promised - which (again) makes me wonder if the test was actually done - and yet l'm the homeowner who is legally responsible to the County. I'll never use them again and am considering making a formal complaint.

Second year that they have failed to conduct the test and/or report the results to Rainier View in a timely manner. Avoid this company.
