We needed a $40 part for our toilet, even sent Crosby's a photo of what we needed. They came to our house without the right part. Needed to drive 30 minutes back and forth to get the part. The guy from Crosby's even said it was on him. He then charged my elderly roommate $565 to replace a $40 part. I called and spoke to them about this, they said they would call me back unfortunately I'm still waiting for the call. Buyer beware this company will take advantage the elderly.

My pressure control switch went bad had no water called several local plumbers and everyone was too busy to help Called Crosby let them know i had no water at all and in two hours they has a crew there fixing my problem the next day I thought the pressure was a little off and left a message on the office phone . mr crosby himself called me back and asked me several questions and within thirty minutes he was personally there to adjust the pressure switch to better than before conditions Great Customer service will call them again for any plumbing issues!!!

This is not a good company to do bussines with. They charge me twice, first they didn't fix the problem, they charge me, second time they charge me for comming out the fix the same problem.
I feel that they shouldn't have charge me the second, when they did not fix it the first time.
I do not recommend this company!

hey yall
this business is on point.. i used them years ago.. the actual owner came out and did the simple job at a fair price

AND

did it right..the 1st time

he gave me a refrigerator magnet

i needed a another simple job, called around nobody returned the call

soooh i used the number on the magnet.. got a call back within an hour

his business had grown he has crews now

told me: i'll have someone there in 45 mins

they showed up like clockwork.. did the job with ""attention to detail"" charged me by the clock with no up selling

bottom line:

this is an ol timey business doin it right.. give them an opportunity

Since Crosby did the original plumbing for it, I asked them to determine why sinks were backing up in my Farmville business. After trying to unclog the drain with no success, they said they would call the next day to discuss other options. That was three days ago and I have not heard from them and they have not returned my calls. Bad way to do business. I had to get another plumber, who said the problem is a cracked pipe. I guess that's why they didn't return my calls.

Crosby was submitted contracted to do the plumbing in my new home. We have an unfinished basement and the plumbing is low and not against the wall. I reached out to Crosby to try and discuss how this could be fixed but he never returned my calls. The plumbing is not thru the floor joist and it looks sloppy. I called another plumber in and was told Crosby took the easy and cheap way to preform the job. Based on his work alone set the tone for the remainder of the work.

If this is his standard delivery of new plumbing he has definitely failed. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone or even a new builder. Reconsider if you want a professional job.
