I was recommended this company to check my toilet valve. He was very nice to evaluate the problem but I don't think it was worth $150 of labor which he charged to us. If you know the problem you fixed it and don't take advantage of person who doesn't know. I think he over charged for the work he had done so I'll not recommend this company unless they change to charge to reasonable fee.

When calling for service from this firm, you get the actual owner who definitely has an interest in providing a good product. Very friendly and competent. After making repairs to a water valve and bathtub fixture, he thoroughly checked his work and spent extra time on the premises to make sure there were no leaks. Fair price and good value. Definitely recommend this business.

I have known Donnie and worked with Crosby plumbing for over 25 years. The other day I called and spoke with Lori to have Donnie come out and do some repairs. I was kidding with my wife, laughing while on the phone. Donnie was supposed to come out that day, but Lori was offended that I was laughing on the phone and cancelled the appointment. Unfortunately, I was unable to talk to Donnie so I told Lori we would no longer be doing business with them. If you should call and speak with Lori, beware, she has a very short fuse and is offended easily. The repairs done by Donnie are excellent, but the office staff needs improvement.
