I would never ever do business with these guy, paid $1000 for freon for AC unit which is fine but there is a leak with a switch which was wrong so the AC had no cold air within a week so i called another company and told me it was not the high pressure switch. They also tried to charge me $600 to find the leak which i had to argue and only paid half but the issue was they really didn't find the leak would never ever use this scam of a company!

Their technicians have always been professional and now during the pandemic, they arrive with masks and Martin distance. Overall we've been very pleased.
John Z.We called Cropp MetCalfe to do a simple job, that is, to put in a new overhead kitchen light. We were dismayed to see that the serviceman did NOT turn off the breakers to work on the light. He blew out all the power in our residence and then spent hours trying to find out how to restore the power. We were amazed that he did not electrocute himself.
We will use a different company next time.
Neil R.I have recently had a terrible experience with Cropp Metcalfe. I used them before and they did an ok job but they were expensive. When my toilet broke recently, I called them accidentally as I listed them as ""plumber"" in my contacts forgetting who it was. The sales plumber spent more time trying to ""up sell"" me on higher quality toilet and service contracts I didnt need on my toilet or other appliances than he did describing my options for getting toilet fixed. I picked a toilet and he said they would call me the next day to confirm a new date that would be within 2-3 working days. They never called...I had to. Over a period of two weeks, a plumber missed 3 appointments (i said I wanted the same plumber to limit how many different people were in my home...) and when I relented and said send me anyone available...they said it was going to be two more weeks! I told them to forget about it and they apologized for inconvenience but refused to give my my deposit back. They are too big to give you good service for a good price. Don't use them.
I have been a customer for 20 years. I have had the warranty contract for that long. I've had to call them on Sundays and holidays, and they always show up. I won't even consider another company. They are prompt and professional.

After scheduling a service call with a 4 hour window, they did not show for the appointment. No phone call. Nothing. I called their main line and now their offices are closed! I would avoid this company at all costs! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Matt W.Gouged, Overcharged and Ripped Off, other than that I would never recommend Cropp Metcalfe Plumbing to anyone. $769 to replace a sump pump. The Pump is $225 item and it took the technician 45 minute to replace. $500 in labor is absurd for 45 minutes work.
I have a service agreement with Cropp Metcalfe and I am supposedly a preferred customer. Nothing about my experience yesterday made me feel as though Cropp Metcalfe valued my business or wanted to keep me as a customer.
I called the plumbing service manager Alan Oddenino 3 times yesterday, finally getting a returned call at 6:30pm only to say that there was nothing he could do. When I asked if he could look at how much business I have given Cropp Metcalfe in the last 6 months, he could not be bothered.
5 Star? Not!
