Will never use this business, whose website states they are open 24 hrs/day for emergencies. Called last evening at 6 PM due to toilets overflowing, water and grunge backing up in showers/tubs, and lots water seeping up from the bathroom floors. Was told by their answering service an on call plummer would contact us. Called twice more through the evening, gave all info again, and was told the on call person would be contacted again to call us. As I write this it is 11:30 AM and still no call. Called another plumbing service last night and they responded immediately. We decided to deal with not being able to flush the toilets through the night and arranged for them to come this morning, which they did right on time. Called Crisp and found out the on call technician left his phone in the van. Not acceptable.

These guys give a new meaniing to incompetent. Five trips to not solve one service call.

Pricing for 2 guys was 250 an hour plus parts and they stayed for 5 hours doing things that should have taken much less time. Owner blamed inflation and fuel prices and claimed he wouldn't make any money otherwise. I'll bet he pays these guys more like $30/hour. Work was done well, but I never would have signed up to pay $1500 for what they did.

1st of all why park in the fire lane @ Panera bread to get your lunch ? If your working ~ why no cones , or work signs ~ employee sitting on his phone in the van , Company name on the van ~ come on people why do you feel so entitled
