On 7/19/24 I had a tech come to my home from the Glens Falls office (which I believe Crisafulli acquired) for a routine, scheduled AC maintenance service. The tech arrived and was about 10 minutes into ihis work and told me something was wrong with my AC and he will have to add a service call out charge. I told him this was unusual and I was going to call the Albany office. About ten minutes later while I'm on the phone, the tech told me he made a mistake and there wasn't a call out charge on top of a pre-scheduled maintenance plan fee (Red Carpet).He further stated the AC unit was running fine now. I asked him what happened and he said,""I must have hit a wire and loosened it."" I told the woman on the phone that I needed to speak with the Albany office service manager and left a message. I did receive a call from the service manager of the Glens Falls office which went no where. Several days into this with several phone messages left, the Albany service manager and VP have not returned my call. I might have to go back to Apollo Heating. Mrs Crisafulli, all I want is for your Albany office to service my home like you did when you installed my furnace. I have more confidence in your Albany techs. If not, please refund half my Red Carpet contract fee for this nonsense and I can look elsewhere.

Flooding and plumbing back up in our house!!! HELP!!!

It's not often that I could say what a wonderful experience while having a plumbing back up !
Crisafulli Brothers Co. was fantastic. Not only did they answer very promptly for my emergency call & tell me that it would be late morning or early afternoon but then called me back to tell me they moved me up the list and I was now going to be next... and don't worry they're there to help. That was Mary in the office. Shortly after Amanda in the office called to tell me a technician had come into work early and he was on his way!
Such caring and comforting. I was so grateful!

Benjamin arrived. Efficient, knowledgeable and so helpful in explaining everything he was going to do and told us the cost beforehand. What a mess we had but how fortunate also to have Crisafulli folks fixing the problems.

I'm a Crisafulli fan for life!

I have been a Red Carpet Customer for 8 years or so and always had a good experience. This spring a technician was sent to do the preventative maintenance on my central air. The tech was young and clearly inexperienced. He did not remove the outdoor unit cover or clean it, did not even want to come in the house and check the internal equipment to include the filter. I asked him about it and he said oh yeah, I supplied the filter and he proceeded to install it backwards. (I later flipped the filter) I called customer service and they were apologetic and said they would send their best technician out to complete the service again. The technician came out and completed a thorough check and took pictures. It was unfortunate that the first technician was not thorough, but they made good on it.

We are many year customers of Crisafulli. They have replaced our furnace in the past, fixed leaking pipes in the basement. Replaced our whole house generator. We have the Red Carpet Service with them and we have had it for a few years now.
We never feel ripped off. The employees that come to our house are so nice and respectful. They never talk down to us.

Today we had the maintenance done on our furnace and a/c unit. Charles was here for over an hour and half. He found no problems with the units, made a recommendation for next year. He was so nice and did a wonderful job. We felt bad for him working in the high heat, I made sure he had cold water and offered him cold wet cloths if he needed them, he declined.
I hope Crisafulli Brothers stays a local privately owned business. I always worry that when a business gets this great and they grow big, someone buys them out.

Michael that serviced our generator two weeks ago was also awesome and worked so quickly and nothing was tried to be sold. They are so honest and we trust them all very much.

Purchasing the Red Carpet Service is so worth the price and value you get for the low price you pay is just wonderful .

I had a horrible interaction with Crisafulli Bros. Plumbing and Heating last week. I had a pin hole leak in my main water line in my basement just above the floor concrete. The technician came over and inspected the problem and wrote up an estimate of slightly over $3,000.00. I expected more in the $600---$1000 range. I told him I couldn't afford it. He quickly answered that they could finance it. He showed me the estimate on an I Pad of some sort and I couldn't read it very well. So I said fix the leak. I stayed near and around the tech all the time he was at my house. He worked no more than 3.5 to 4 hours that day. The bill I received listed 1/2 a day chopping concrete. The repair hole was 2 feet long by 1 foot wide by 1.5 ft deep. They charged my 1,500.00 and 4 hrs of labor to open and close a 2x1x1.5 foot hole. They used 5 feet of Copper water pipe to do the repair, the price was $917.00. They used an ordinary shut off valve which was priced at $477.00. When I asked the service manager why the parts were so expensive, he said I was paying for the ""expertise"" of a licensed plumber. I took this as a a very snarky response. The whole job took 4 hrs tops. The total price was$3,067.00. I appealed to the service manager to come to my house to see the ridiculous job and he declined. I am a ""Red Carpet"" preferred customer and I purchased a furnace from them couple years back. None of that seemed to matter to them. Please be aware of this scam with this company I used to trust! I will be glad to show people what they did in my basement for $3,067.00, you won't believe it.

We were just about to contact the attorney generals office about our horrible experience with Crisafulli when we received a call from Crisafulli saying our part was in after one year of waiting. ( which we find out later, we never needed this part) for our heat pump unit with 5 zones .
DO NOT DEAL WITH THE ALBANY OFFICE!

Dave and Ricky from the Glens Falls office saved the day. DAVE and RICKY deserve at least 5 stars !! They diagnosed the problem properly, fixed everything in 5 hours and completed our well overdue Red Carpet service we paid for when we purchased this unit . Dave and Ricky had Perseverance , Intelligence, Honesty, and crazy skills that Crisafulli staff in Albany never showed us.

After soliciting several bids, we settled on Crisafulli as they provided a fair price and, especially, were able to complete the installation the next day! I reached out to them on a Tuesday night and Dan came out the next afternoon to size up the job. He called me later that afternoon to confirm scheduling for Thursday at a reduced price. Dan accompanied Andrew to get the installation started on Thursday morning and the job was completed by noon. Andrew performed the work in a professional manner and he walked me through the finished product before leaving. Overall, a great experience and we'll keep them in mind for future electrical work.

The individual went through all the options with us and answered any questions we had. We decided to have a Generac generator installed and it was scheduled for that Friday morning.
