First of all I did not hire this business, simply because their prices quoted over the phone were crazy. I needed 2 sinks hooked up with new faucets. They quoted $300 for EACH sink! Is it because I'm a woman they think I'm a pushover?, I ended up doing it myself in 90 minutes with $20 worth of supplies from Lowes.

Called me several times. Tried to coach me over the phone through what is normally a simple problem in order to try to save me money. When the problem turned out to be to big for me because the valve was fused too tight to move, he came over the same day and fixed it for a reasonable price. Thank you Gary

While I couldn't use them for my plumbing, they walked me through exactly what I needed to do to fix my issue, a video of how to do so, aswell as scams to avoid. While I can't use them for work in Jefferson County, I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends solely on that transparency!

I've been using the same plumber for years, but they were recently bought out, so we tried this spot as I try to support local.

The first time out they were phenomenal. They checked ALL my drains and cleared the issue for us so quick. Their prices are fair for the area. We had a cap stuck in the drain, but we hadn't had issues with it draining yet, so we left it at the time. We asked him to do a rough estimate for pricing to get it out just in case, and on his way he went.

Turns out, when he was snaking the drains, he had actually wedged the cap further down to which it blocked the sewer line from the toilet and shower, and created a seal. This was our fault since we didn't mention it to him though. We tried a few times to get it out with an electric snake, but couldn't, so called these guys to come formally quote and cut the pipe for us.

Then, ghosted. Called, emailed. Never heard back. I'm not sure if they just didn't want to deal with the cast iron (fair), but it would have been nice to have some communication.

We unfortunately won't be calling them again. They're probably awesome for quick and easy house calls, but I don't think more in depth issues are worth their time. At least, that's what it feels like.

We've had these guys out for a few jobs since buying our house in Creve Coeur. They got the jobs done quickly and fairly priced - exactly what I'd hope for from my plumber! Will definitely be using them for our upcoming hot water heater replacement and pressure regulator value replacement.

Quoted me a price of $300+ to replace a shower faucet cartridge. Obviously did not want the job. I watched a YouTube video and did it in a half hour for $60 in parts.

They were easy to get in touch with, and got me in really quickly. I liked that they talked with me on the phone to discuss what I needed done and give me an estimate. They didn't require that I pay a certain amount to even get them to come out and then see IF they could do the job (which is what the other plumber I contacted wanted to do).
The job wasn't a huge one but they got it done quickly and did good work. Would definitely recommend.
