Just bought my house in RS, and the previous owner used Crestline Pumping to clean and got cert to close escrow. I called, left VM, emailed, to ask about where the septic tank location was, and no one returned my call nor picked up the line. This is by far the worse customer service ever, and if you're in business with a phone, if your customer called, left a message, and emailed you, at least have the courtesy to respond!!! I would never give this company any business, just disrespectful from the start.

Saw Crestline Pumping truck at neighbor's and called them. They said not only cheaper than another company, but would give discount to me and my neighbor. I called company to set up appt. They said soonest would be next Wed. They would let me know. My plumber said to get new toilet in first and then pump septic as well as he would locate the tank saving me from having the pumping company charging to take time to locate. I did not receive call to set up appt., but instead they showed up to pump. Glad I was home to explain and they left. Finally plumber got toilet in many days later. Septic tank just found today. I left voice mail about 4 days again with Crestline Plumbing and still no response. Went over there today and the owner was standing in the doorway screaming standing over one of his employees. When the abuse ended and the poor man walked away in disgrace, I walked in asking ,""Is it safe to come in?"" I started to explained my story...I am 5' and 71 years old. The owner interrupted, yelling at me. Telling me they already came to my house and won't have me yanking them around. And won't service me. As I left I said ""Glad there is Yelp and I'm surprised you have any customers.""

They answered my call, showed up to do the service and took care of business promptly. Very very satisfied

Unfortunately I called to get information on a septic cert (mind you, I do not know about the process) and I asked how long the certification lasts, and the lady said ""until something breaks"" and I said ""okay, how do I know if something breaks?"" and she responded sarcastically, ""umm it will overflow"".

I thought it was quite rude to treat a customer like that, so I called another company, and found out they actually only last for 12 months, and if there is an earthquake, or something shifts the tank, then I would need a new certificate.

Just a reminder to not treat customers like they are dumb, when in reality I just don't know the ""septic business"".

I'm only giving this company one star in order to write this review. I recommend staying away from this company and others like Drain-Aid that are owned and operated by Rick O'Brien, I won't go into details at this time, if you want a professional , honest company find one BBB accredited .
