Had a problem with my pull down kitchen faucet with leaks occurring under the sink. He gave some advice that it is common that these faucets get leaks from the nozzle back into the line where the hose drops back into. He said check the retainer of the nozzle and see if it is not tight against the nozzle. Sure enough, it was. I tightened it and checking for leaks, but I think that did it. He said he didn't want to drive and charge me for something the home owner can do. What does that tell you?

Nice people and Rick responds quickly always taking my calls...on the other hand I paid over 1200 to have a water softening system and reverse osmosis that I brought with me to my new home installed (labor only). The reverse osmosis leaked two days in a row and I had to call them back to fix. By the third call back, the unit was still not working and under my sink still was soaking wet. They removed the system and it back the soap dispenser but didn't refund the fees for work that failed horribly. I feel taken advantage of and feel as though they should have compensated me for under my sink being ruined and not completing the work.

Crestline Pumping worked with me to get my lift station pumped out. I had to call a few times to get them because they were busy. They kept their word and showed up (sometimes with plumbers that can be hit and miss). Mick the owner, Misty the dispatch person, and Howard and his crew member were all friendly. The next time I have a clean out of my system I'll be calling them for sure.

George of Crestline Plumbing is the best in the area - by the way, he trained most of the other plumbers that we had called, some of whom had been somewhat helpful. George is knowledgeable, helpful and does his best to fit you in when you need him. I highly recommend him. He's a nice guy, too.
