My double basin kitchen sink was completely clogged and none of several bottled drain cleaners had any success. I called Crest a little after 5:00 pm. They offered immediate service but I chose an 8:00 am appointment. One if their plumbers, Jordan, called me just after 7:30 to let me know he would be arriving a little early. (that never happens, right)? He snaked the drain in no time at all, was very professional, friendly and courteous. I'm very pleased.

I needed a replacement for an old toilet (17+ years old). The Replacement/installation was smooth and painless, and Joe (the plumber) went the extra mile for me when I mentioned a secondary, minor issue.

We came back to our house after being away for a few weeks and two of our toilets immediately were leaking. Lucky for us we had another bathroom to use while we searched for a fix/replacement. We requested a quote for these to be fixed and right away Joe Williams sent me a text wanting to know the situation. After much back and forth, nothing to do with Crest all on us, we had agreed to replace all the toilets at a most reasonable price.
When Joe and his co-worker Kenny came out they were extremely professional and efficient. Their work was top notch and I would recommend them to anyone in need of repairs.

Our sewer line was installed improperly under the road, so every 2 years we need to have it snaked. We used to use RR but corporate took over and the price tripled. I called Crest on a Sunday and Joseph W. was able to come out 7am Monday so that I could get to work on time. He did a thorough job, even going an extra step of jet spraying the line, all while being conscious of my time. He allowed me to pay later so I didn't have to wait for him to process the payment. And the price was far less than RR. I will use them again.
