I'm Finally writing a review after my fourth purchase from Crest. There counter is shut down from the coved virus, but they set out my part outside the door for me to pick up. Im not a plumber and They asked me tp send an email of a picture of what I needed and sent an email back in about 20 minutes telling me what it was, the price, and that I can pick it up the same morning. The guy there Chris told me how to turn a hot stem into a cold stem for my faucet. Got my faucet working with a part that nobody else could figure out. these guys are great.

Ordered a part from store. They gave me a 7-10 delivery. I called on day 10 and again on day 20. Debbie told me still not there and have no clue when it might get there. On my order told them I was willing to pay for expedite service. She had no clue when it might arrive. I asked what I should do if it takes a year. She says no idea.
I really feel like I got the round around from day one from Christopher who gave me the delivery date to Debbie who coordinates the order. I emailed Christopher a picture of the shower diverter I needed. I then called him to see if he got the email he said, ""your not calling me about the email are you?"" I said yes, wanting to make sure you got my email. Could tell right then and there Christopher had an attitude and was not going to be cooperative.


I had to cancel the order after waiting 20 days for nothing. Now left high and dry waiting to get my shower fixed. A professional company should be able to provide a reasonable delivery date when an order is placed and if there is a delay to please provide some idea as to when it might be delivered. I am sure they would not want to be treated this way if it were them. They could care less what the public thinks and run a very unprofessional business. One of the worst experiences I have had in years and I worked in sales for 30 years.

I came here a few years ago to purchase about $100-$200 in parts. The people I dealt with were knowledgeable and responsive to my needs when I purchased. So far so good. I came back about a month later with my original receipts to return parts I did not need and was told ""no"" and I would have to come back when a manager was present. I did, and then was told it would be ""too much trouble"" to look up their receipt to match with mine. By the end of the conversation, the manager confirmed that Crest-Good has two ""classes"" of customers - non-professionals(at least in the world of plumbing)like me and professionals, and that they are treated differently. I was also told that he was willing to let me go as customer instead of having to do this return. Remarkable.
Perhaps they are more positive in their interactions with lowly non-professional plumbers these days. If not, beware.

I needed an adapter and the clerk at Orchard (who was very helpful himself) didn't have the needed piece in stock and recommended that I go to Crest, that they tend to have ""everything"".

When I walked in I was a little discouraged after seeing signs making it clear that it wasn't really a retail location but fortunately those warnings were unnecessary. The clerk knew exactly what I needed with very little explanation, walked to the back and came back a minute later with the required adapter. It was very clear that he was knowledgeable and really knew his stuff.

While it was a very small transaction, $3.00 total, his knowledge and expertise made this money very well spent.
