We had several issues that needed repair/attention for which Augie gave me an estimate. He and Juan arrived on time, addressed each issue we had even showing us what he found in each case. They were respectful of our home, did all the work, left us the old parts and for less than the estimate. Very pleased with the service and will use them again in the future.

I don't understand some of the negative reviews I've read about Crescenta Cañada Plumbing. I had a water leak that occurred on Saturday night. resulting in having to shut off the water. I called Them Sunday morning and left a message. I got a call back within 30 minutes and decided to wait until Monday morning to have Augie and Juan come out between 9 - 10 a.m. They were delayed at the prior job and called to let me know that so I wasn't waiting around. They arrived around noon, quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the break. The price was also very reasonable. This isn't the first time I have used Crescenta Cañada Plumbing and I would definitely recommend them.

I just used this company again to a. Install a new kitchen faucets and b. clear a blocked garbage disposal. All work was done quickly and professionally. The price was also very fair. I will continue to rely on Augie and Juan for my plumbing needs.

I dunno, they're nice guys and they certainly know what they're doing, but if they don't want to do something they're gonna give you more excuses than a pregnant nun why they can't do that something. This is annoying when it's a problem they created. They've had to return for every job I've hired them to do, sometimes multiple times, to correct mistakes. And the constant upselling is tiresome. Like, do I really need to drop a couple hundred bucks on all new parts when a 10¢ washer will do? Really? Just be ready for the Good Cop/Bad Cop routine when the job ends--whether it's done or not--and one of them disappears to their van while the other gives you the bill and/or excuses with the bill.

Yes! I highly recommend them! They came to help me within 30mins., and charged me at a very reasonable price. Augie and Juan are the best plumber I have ever seen.

The faucet on our wet bar needing replacing, and we thought the pipe underneath was leaking too. Augie and Juan got the job done, and a couple of small things as well, in under an hour. The pipe didn't have a leak after all, and my hubby and I are grateful for their honesty. They were on time, courteous and friendly. We recommend them!!!

I called them in the morning about a potential issue and they were able to come within a couple hours to check it out. It ended up being nothing, and even though they did a pretty thorough check, they didn't charge me anything! I'll definitely be calling them in the future when I DO have a real problem

I had a broken line and had the water shut off since the day before. I called them at 7:45 this morning and left a message explaining my problem. I called them again at aprox 8:15 and again at about 9 and 10. Never heard from them at all, not even to tell me they could or not make it. I called another local company at 2 pm and they were here in an hour and fixed everything perfectly.

The folks at C C don't have the common decency to return a call when the client is in distress.
