Read positive reviews about this company and decided to try them for a leaking water pipe.
I emailed a request for help on a Sunday, received a confirmation that they received the request and would reply shortly.
4 days later... crickets. If the job was too small or they were too busy, a simple response would have been acceptable.
Now looking elsewhere for help.

I have never used this gentleman, however I tried to make contact with him over two different issues I had at my residence over a eight month period. Not one time did he or anybody involved with this company did they reach back out to me.

I even got automated email's stating that they would get back to me shortly in regards to my issue. Now, I am sure that he does good work, and like most other companies probably overwhelmed with work at this time.

But to not even have the courtesy to call back or text back either time is a sign of somebody that does not deserve to have yours or my loyalty. Do yourself a favor, and move on to the next person who willing to make you a priority.

Ed is fantastic!! He has now helped me twice. The first time was when I had an emergency...a leak in the walls. He came immediately even though it was a holiday. The second time, this past week, he came to help me again. He is efficient, fair priced, and kind. I would recommend him to anyone and will use him again if and when I am in need.

I can't recommend more highly you call Crescent Valley plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. I just had to have my water heater replaced after the release valve failed & it was pouring water all over the ground outside. Ed, the owner, was a great guy and a pleasure to chat with while he worked. He never try to overcharge me or nitpick about this & that. He quoted a great price and did superior work. I will only ever be calling Ed back for anything that I need when it comes to plumbing

Ed is absolutely AMAZING! We were without water because the shower was leaking and we removed the valves. I live an a 1920's home and the valves we needed were not sold or made any longer. I needed to replace all of the plumbing for the shower. We called Ed, he came super quick to look at the issue. Within and hour or so he was back with all new fixtures for the bathroom. He replaced everything within two hours. I was so surprised at his prices. They were so reasonable. I feel very lucky to have found his number. I will always recommend him to anyone who needs any plumbing done. He is excellent. I will definitely be calling him soon for other projects. To top it all, Ed is super friendly. Great customer service!

I wouldn't use any other service at my home or my rental. Ed not only is an excellent plumber, he is a very nice person to deal with, is very patient and a good listener. First time Ed came out to replace a toilet, we thought he was great. However, we have called to inquire about two further jobs and after leaving messages with his wife, he never calls back. That delays us, as we didn't know whether to look elsewhere or not, which we eventually did. We're very happy with the new plumber.
