I used Cregger to snake my very old house's sewer line. I also asked them to quote a complete replumb of my gutted house as well as a repair of said line. It's an involved and complicated job, and I asked for a lot of variables to be priced. They ended declining quoting the sewer job, and said with the Corona Virus they were not bringing back their interior crews.I asked if they could have me contact one of their laid off workers and they said, ""no way!"" That tells me they treat their workers badly and don't care about their well-being during this difficult time. So, now they are lazy and mean. I also got charged at the top end of the quoted amount and I waited a week to pay the bill. Guess what? I received a nasty letter from a collection agency. Now I know they are lazy, mean and impatient. Do NOT use them! Go to their competitors.

They did a great job fixing a problem that was causing a great deal of stress, at a very busy time for the company, with a great deal of professionalism. I dealt directly with one of the owners, who bent over backwards to accommodate. Will absolutely go to them with all future plumbing, heating and cooling needs.

I called at 7pm because my furnace wasn't working and it was going into single digits outside. I left a message with a man who had a very difficult time writing down an address who stated he would pass on the message and they should get back to me. They did not.

After a review of the initial experience, I was immediately contacted by the owner, who expressed concern about my experience and attempted to make it right. His folks, including Mike, bent over backwards to turn things around. A part was ordered, the invoice was more than fair, and the heat's back on.

This firm works hard for its customers, and after some initial bumps I'm pleased to say that I'd call them again.

We had our AC go out on one to the hottest days. This was a Wednesday and they were available the next day when all other companies near us had a 2 week availability. We needed the motor replaced and the service person had one in his truck. It was replaced immediately. Great service. Highly recommended!

Well we needed the big guns again for our 81 year old house. This time the laundry kitchen were backing up. I feared we needed new pipes below ground and was right. Cregger completed everything in 1 1/2 days and work everything neat an tidy Great experience. James and Tim had a tough problem in an 80 year old house wth a clogged drain pipe that needed to be replaced. Fixed with minimal demo and left the house clean. Fair price. Experienced and knowledgeable. Would use them again.

This is the third time in twelve years we have used Cregger. I will start be saying they are a little pricey, but well worth it!! Mike arrived about 1030 and started with a camera confirming the line was impacted with roots. Without exaggeration, I would guess that Mike ran the cutting snake no less than twenty five times, changing the auger so as to make certain all the roots were cut out, then would run the camera through again. Will we watched the camera, Mike would not quit until he came to the point where the sewer line meets the cast iron pipe coming out of the basement. That point was attained at approx. 630, eight hours after he started. HE BUSTED HIS ASK!! The charge for all this was a little under nine hundred dollars, well worth it to keep the lines from backing up into the basement. To avoid the larger price tag, Mike suggested we call for a camera inspection in a year to assess the condition, and avoid having to spend that much. As of right now or sewer line is absolutely root free, almost clean enough to eat from...

Called Cregger Company, after a tenant at a rental property noted a water heater went bad on a Saturday evening. After I had called, the technician arrived to the property within reasonable time and had called me after his assessment. I knew what to expect including cost and the water heater replacement proceeded without a hitch. Job well done in this circumstance, would call them again for future needs.

I want to thank James Liberty at Cregger Plumbing for the professional service clearing my kitchen drain line. It is not often that I find service personnel that are personable to deal with. James was very friendly and honest.

I had already snaked the line prior to calling a plumber, but I was unable to clear it myself. I have used Cregger Plumbing in the past for other work and their rates were reasonable, so I called them again. Initially when I called, they apparently lost my phone number in their system and did not contact me back the following day to schedule an appointment. My wife called back at the end of the day, but they were booked up and couldn't get me in today. She set up an appointment for the following day in the morning. After not hearing from them in the morning, my wife called back and their system again lost our appointment information. The operator apologized and informed us that they are using a new system and have been having issues with it. They gave us a new window between 3 and 7pm. Around 5 pm, James called and informed me that he was on the way. He arrived quickly and was very professional and polite. James listened to me about the problem and went to work. He was able to successfully clear the line. When it came time for the bill, it was not only reasonable as is, but Cregger Plumbing knocked off an additional $89.00 I assume due to the scheduling errors. (I never complained to them about the scheduling errors, they did this on their own). I would highly recommend this company again in the future for plumbing needs.
