Got same day service on a new water heater. Staff was polite and got the job done as promised. I was really glad that we went with them as the didn't try to upsell us and were very straight forward with their recommendation and why. I would highly recommend.

I called Mike to have him come over to see if they could replace a claw foot tub faucet(I had the new one) and what it would cost........ the guy that came over, looked at it, walked outside made a call and then told me it would take 2 hours in labor and he would have to adapt it..... and quoted me $415.00, I thanked him and he left.
I then called Binion plumbing, had them come over and see if they could replace it and what the cost would be ...... it took them 20 minutes install and no need to adapt it, and they charged me $125.00

We called Creech Plumbing on a Friday afternoon and they gave us advice over the phone for the plumbing issues we were having. They also said if it wasn't resolved over the weekend to call them back, that's what we did first thing Monday morning. They were very professional over the phone and even more professional in person. We called and they had someone at our front door within 20 minutes. They had many options for treatments to choose from and they resolved our problem within 10 minutes. We will definitely be calling them back for any plumbing problems we have in the future based on the timely manner and customer service alone.
