I had a constant water running problem that I discovered in the afternoon. Joksan came out that same evening at 6:30 pm. He crawled under the house to look for any water leaks and found everything was dry. Then he checked all the house toilets and found one fill valve that was constantly running. He promptly repaired and provided a receipt and warranty. He was very clean and wore a mask during his entire service in my home. Joksan was fast, efficient and clear in his diagnosis and repair. The repair bill was very reasonable. I would definitely use him again!

My kitchen sink is clogged quite deeply after living there for 6 years. Joksan did a great job using a long drain snake to clear the clog, explained to me what happened, thoroughly tested and cleaned up all the grease from the drain snake. Highly recommended.

Very good experience with Joksan and his team. Great communications starting with a timely and reasonable quote to adjusting the appointment time as I need a replacement valve to arrive via mail before he can begin the work. Although Joksan was not on this job, the plumber he sent was professional, courteous, and completed the job quickly and staying on site until everything was tested. He was an hour later than the appointment time, but forgiven given the quality and the unpredictable nature of the work. I would not hesitate to contact him for future plumbing needs.

Joksan is hands down the best plumber I worked with. His price is very reasonable. The guy is friendly, no hassle and gets the job done. My shower handle broke at 9 pm in the night. Spoke to a few plumbers who quoted more than 500 bucks to fix, Jocksan quoted $275. Guess what the work is way more complicated than a broken handle. Jocksan spent 2-3 hrs in the night resolving the issue and he never complained in the process. He is likely the best value for the buck in terms of pricing and job quality.

Jokson was super responsive when I reached out for a quote when a pipe broke late on a Friday night. He gave me an estimate based on a picture and offered to come the next morning Saturday at 8am before his next appointment. He arrived only a couple of minutes late, but texted me beforehand to let me know. He was clean, wore a mask, and took extra care to describe the solution he recommended. The price was reasonable. He had the primary part (a valve) with him and was able to get the water flowing back to my house (after a night with no water). He then made a quick trip to the store to pick up a part that he didn't have on hand and he soon completed the work. He cleaned up after himself and everything worked as expected. No leaks. Jokson was friendly, careful, responsive, and tidy. I'd recommend Jokson for your next plumbing job.

I needed a toilet installation. I already ordered the specific toilet I wanted from Lowes and just needed someone to take out my old faulty toilet and install a new one.

Joksan was fast and knowledgeable. Most of all, he was substantially cheaper than the other plumbers (some of whom also have high ratings on Yelp). Because of Covid, I didn't want people coming into my house unless necessary. Even though the adults are vaccinated, we have an unvaccinated kid. I took lots of photos and asked many of the plumbers on Yelp to give me a quote based on the pictures and description. Most of them refused to do so, saying they needed to come by for a ""free inspection"" to give me a quote. Those that gave an estimate basically decided it was license to charge an arm and a leg. One even had the audacity to quote me $1100 for a toilet install after consulting with his ""skirted toilet specialist"".

Joksan did arrive late initially because of a earlier job that overran. But he communicated to me about it and was flexible enough to come by to do the install despite it already being very late in the day. I understand that such things happen. Midway through, Joksan realized that he didn't have a specific drill bit (which is not usually needed for typical installs) and he then went out to Home Depot to get that part and came back to finish the job. The final result was definitely professional looking. He was also very happy to share his tips and knowledge on how I can do certain fixes in the future, even though it may potentially decrease his future earnings!

He will definitely be my go-to for future plumbing needs.

Also, unlike some of the other plumbers I have used, I have not had a single request from him for a positive Yelp review.
