I used this company for several years. they were good in most ways. However, my latest experience was greatly lacking and unacceptable.
they turned on my sprinkler for which i paid in advance. The person who came was new to me. He asked if he could lower one of the sprinklers to which I said yes and for the most part it was uneventful.
THEN I got a bill for something I was NOT told about. In the years gone by if a rep found something that needed repair they told me at the visit. that was not the case in this visit. When I called to ask and to let them now I was not told in advance, I was told that I had to talk to the person who came. that would never have happened before. It turns out it was the bosses son. Oh my. He thought he was right and was quite rude and told me they won't do business with me. Now that the son is there with his unprofessional attitude and his lack of understanding of how business occurs to maintain customers, I'm glad I am finished. Be forewarned there is a new owner or acting owner and the news is NOT GOOD

This company barely deserves the 1 start I'm giving it. I had them come a few times and each time, without fail , they charged to repair sprinkler heads that mysteriously broke shortly after. They refuse to explain their charges, aggressively call about billing after they fail to send the bills to the correct address, and make threats. With so many great options for services like these, steer clear and save yourself a horrible experience.

The most unprofessional secretary I have ever had an encounter with. Her name is Rosa & she is basically the sole reason this company is losing money/customers. We have a big property and they would have had a great opportunity to make some money. All we had asked was a call before the service as to allow someone to be at our home when they arrived and she refused. Refused a phone call to be made so the company's workers would be allowed in to work. If you're feeling like getting into a useless fight with with a rude stranger, give her a call. Its a shame she is giving the company such a bad name. Will not recommend service.

My family has been using the services of Creative Water for a few years. We recently called to make a ""summerizing"" appointment, and were told the first available slot was in 1 1/2 weeks. However, they asked if we would like to put our names on a cancellation list (which we did). The next afternoon, we received a call asking if they could come over within 1/2 hour (and did!).

We appreciate their attitude and work performed. We shall continue to use (& recommend) them!

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. I called this company to get a proposal done to add/move sprinklers. We had gotten a new fence installed and knew the fence was cutting off the previous coverage. The guy showed up and charged me $85 dollars for the visit. He turned on the zones and told me the owner would need to come out and evaluate the system and give me a price. I called to ask about the fee and the company told me they had serviced my system. The system was on and working properly, I needed an estimate. I canceled my check after I realized I was being completely ripped off! BEWARE.

I have lived in my home for 15 years and have gone through three sprinkler companies before I found Creative Water. I have used them for the last three years and have found them to be consistent in quality, price, and professionalism. I recommend them with no hesitation.

I've very appreciative whenever I can find a company to deal with that is competent and charges fair prices. Five stars in both these categories for Creative Water. If you need sprinklers put in or serviced, I'd highly recommend.
