As an added bonus I think it would be helpful for everyone to know. Switching from copper to Pex, with the insulation that Creative Repipe has done has resulted in our hot water being much warmer. As a result we don't need to use as much hot water or we can set the water heater thermostat to a lower temperature. Makes me wonder how much energy is wasted with copper pipes. Again I have to thank my friends at Creative Repipe for their excellent job.

Creative Repipe did my two story home with copper which is more difficult than Pex and did an outstanding job! The process started with Alex and ended with Balentine and his installation team and I cannot say enough good things about the whole process! I would highly recommend Creative Repipe to anyone thinking about repiping their home!!!

Creative Repipe is a terrible company run by an egotistical and unapologetic management team. Both unprofessional and rude. And If you don't believe me, read the reviews of the people who have actually done business with the company and the comments the idiot James makes in response to them up to and including insulting peoples homes, blaming them for Creative Repipes delays and shortcomings, and even posting people's home addresses. Read his comments yourself then run, don't walk away from doing business with them. There are better, less expensive, higher quality repipe companies out there. Unfortunately this is not one.

During a kitchen remodel we experienced the unimaginable, galvanized pipes leaking below the slab.

After speaking to several ""traditional"" plumbing contractors we realized we were not talking to the right people. They would fix the plumbing but had no idea how to put things back together. We needed a ""full-service"" contractor who was licensed and understood not only how to fix the plumbing but also how to patch the holes and put the walls back.

Fortunately for us a neighbor had experienced a similar situation and had utilized Creative Repipe.

Jonathon and the crews were amazing! Everything was done expertly, including permits!

Had copper hot water leak in kitchen slab. Had a emergency response company take care of the leak. They are still working after three months.

We had used PEX piping in two previous houses. We asked about using PEX during repairs but was told it was not used in the desert. This is incorrect. Found two local plumbers as well as Creative Repipe. We used Creative Repipe since they were less than half the cost of the other plumbers. You are still responsible for fixing the drywall using most plumbers. Drywall repair and texturing is included in Creative Repipe's cost!

Emergency response plumbers took a week to reroute two copper lines to our kitchen. After they were done running the lines, Creative Repipe came in. The took one day to replace ALL (3 baths, kitchen, deep sink) of our piping with PEX. There was minimal damage to the walls. The figured out how to run PEX without damaging any tiling. Creative Repipe plumbers suggested running a steel braided line for the reefer ice machine line in the back of the kitchen cabinets instead of in the wall. This minimizes risk of future leaks from this line. Overall, Creative Repipe workers were professional, friendly and did a great job of keeping the drywall dust contained.

The next day, Lino Drywall came in. The repaired and textured all the drywall in one day. We were very satisfied with their work. I added their name to our list of vendors in case we ever need more drywall work.

We are extremely satisfied with the work done and the cost. If we ever buy another house with older copper piping we will get Creative Repipe to install PEX BEFORE we get a leak!

I wanted to re-pipe to avoid the dreaded slab leak. I conducted online research and found a couple of businesses that do re-piping. I set up three appointments for estimates and then looked at customer reviews. This is when I decided to choose Creative Repipe. Going off Creative Repipe's fair estimate and excellent reviews, I picked Creative Repipe for my re-piping project. Aaron Lopez, of Creative Repipe was my project manager. He was very informative and professional. He explained the whole re-piping process, the pros and cons of just about everything, which made me at ease that my re-pipe project would be done right, fast and affordable.

The day of the re-pipe project, the Creative Repipe install team, led by Valentino, showed up on time and were eager to start the install process. During the installation the install team prepped everything and worked efficiently and completed the job within hours. Upon completion of the install, Valentino made sure that all trash and debris was collected and thrown away.

After my repipe, my water system works better than ever. I truly believe that Creative Repipe is one of the best services I have ever dealt with.

These guys are great. They came to my house at 7:30 am and at 2:30 pm we're done with my whole house. Everything is great. I don't think I'll worry about a water leak for as long as I'm in my house. Thanks to Rafael and Johnathon for your dedication and hard work.
