We needed a complete Repipe of our house after a slab leak and weeks of worrying. Ken put all other company quotes to shame and Rafael took time to assure us our new kitchen wouldn't suffer any damage. Valentin and team were fantastic. They had everything planned to cause minumum disruption after which they worked like trojans! City Inspector commented on a good job and then Francisco arrived next day to patch the drywall. His work was excellent.

The estimate is reasonable. I was scheduled with in 1 week.
The crew showed up ahead of time and were prepared to work with every thing they needed . The installation crew did a fantastic job, they compleated the job in under 7 hours and left with no mess left behind.
The crew knew exactly what to do , they worked together like a well oiled machine.
The crew to repair all the areas affected by the repipe also showed up on time the next morning. Again the crew were really well trained and did an excellent job repairing all areas. They also completed every thing in less than 7 hours And left no mess behind.

Wow, they delivered way more then expected. Ken was awesome on quoting and laying out the job. They showed up with nine workers, sealed and taped everything off. Valentine was the foreman and had everything under control. In about five hours the repiped the entire house and left almost like they were never there. Their price was in the middle of the other two quotes I got but it was Ken that really made me go with them compared to the lower company. Ken conveyed trust and Valentine and his crew delivered.

The Creative Repipe team was just great in our recent upgrade. It starts with the presentation and estimate, very professional and no pressure sales presentation. The estimate was in line with their competitors. The quality of the piping used and the fittings were very good. We were given a timeline for installation and plastering. That went very well. Thru every step the team was very respectful and professional. They showed up as promised, protected the flooring and furniture and cleaned up before they left everyday.
The drywall and stucco team did an excellent job patching up all the holes needed for the installation. After a couple days to let the drywall mud set I could not determine where the holes were. In conclusion, I highly recommend Creative Repipe for your repipe job.

As an added bonus I think it would be helpful for everyone to know. Switching from copper to Pex, with the insulation that Creative Repipe has done has resulted in our hot water being much warmer. As a result we don't need to use as much hot water or we can set the water heater thermostat to a lower temperature. Makes me wonder how much energy is wasted with copper pipes. Again I have to thank my friends at Creative Repipe for their excellent job.
