Like many homeowners in Orange County, we started seeing water leaking out of the copper pipes in our house. After two expensive ""pinhole leaks,"" we evaluated several businesses and chose Creative Repipe to swap out our copper pipes with the immortal PEX piping. It was absolutely the right decision.
Creative Repipe is a talented and honest company. Rafael explained the entire process, and he answered all the questions that we had. The crew came in and finished all the work in one day. They stayed late to address small fixes we requested. No attitude, just dedication to the customer. Although they had the right to do so, Creative Repipe did not cash our second check until all inspection items were complete. The crew that patched up the dry wall was great as well. We barely have to re-paint, and no one can tell that the dry wall was cut to allow access to the pipes. All crew members were polite and respectful--and did a great job. We also received help and advice regarding the permitting from the City of Orange. A class experience from beginning to end. Many thanks to Rafael, Alberto and the crew.

Creative Repipe did a 5 Star re-piping of our home last week. I was quite surprised by the minimum inconvenience. They showed up on time at 8:30, started re-piping at 9:30, and our water was back on by 3:30. I expected this to be a 2 day mess, but it was in and out with all drywall and stucco repaired in 2 days. Jonathan the PM brought samples of the USA made products and answered all my questions about PEX and Copper piping. He explained exactly how everything would work on the day of the repipe, the inspection process then the patching day. Cynthia in the office kept me informed throughout. The crew chief Martin arrived on time with 4 additional professional young men that were polite and worked incredible hard all day! Every step went exactly as promised. I needed to repipe my parents home - built in 1979. I was getting estimates as high as $70, and work times of a
Week or more. Creative Repipe did the entire job - Full repipe, new water main, all new fixtures & toilets- for a small fraction of that cost in... Two Days!!! The actual repipe was completed in about 6 hours on Day 1. They brought a huge crew. The forman and workers were the most professional crew to ever work on our home. We had hot water at the end pf that first day. The second day, another crew came and patched all holes - exterior & interior- in 5 hours. 11 hours total: Mind Blowing. After interviewing and getting quotes from 16 other plumbers, Creative Repipe was the second lowest Bid... but bu FAR the best company. Did I mention a 25 year warranty?!!!! They gave a great presentation. Further, they know precisely which components to use - best quality for chemistry of water in my area - to back that 25 year warranty.
