We had an EXCELLENT experience with Creative Repipe. We were in the middle of a remodel of our home and decided to add Pex for our plumbing as we didn't want to worry about future leaks. We had 3 companies give a quote, but Rafael was thorough and patient and made us feel the most comfortable with the process and their warranty. He was EXTREMELY responsive any time we called or emailed with questions. Albert and his crew who did the install were awesome! They were so quick and triple and quadruple checked everything was installed correctly and made sure there were no leaks. When we noticed an issue of the placement of the Pex in one area due to a future remodel in the kitchen they immediately fixed the problem, and they stayed until 8pm to make sure we were 100% happy. They did not leave a mess.

The next crew to come in fixed all the drywall and stucco. Again, they were quick and thorough, and did not leave a mess. The pricing was on par with the other quotes but it was their customer service that makes me give them 5 stars. Every aspect of the Pex project was professional, thorough, and responsive. Every member of the project was kind, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I honestly can't say enough positive things about our experience with Creative Repipe.

Just the thought of re-piping is terrifying. I interviewed a number of re-pipe companies and Creative Re-pipe was the most professional and complete. They explained how they were going to re-pipe some difficult areas without breaking any wall or floor tiles. They did exactly what they said they would do. The re-pipe was complete in one day so we could take a shower that evening! I highly recommend this company.

I am very happy with the job Creative Repipe did in my manufactured home. We've had issues with pipes bursting, leaking, and finally flooding our kitchen and knew repiping was inevitable. We have gotten many estimates over the years, and Johnathan's price and service was by far the fairest. I must admit I was terrified of everything that could and would go wrong, especially the holes in my walls and showers, but they surpassed all expectations. The five-man crew arrived early and finished early. The two-man crew who came and patched did an incredible job, as well. Professional and honest experts that took care of every little hiccup throughout the way, such as sending someone a couple of days later to replace a connector valve that was originally left out. Now, on to the lifetime warranty...

My house was built in 1978 and the water was coming out brown. A plumbing company gave me a bid to repipe and the bid was scary high and out of my reach, plus they needed 7-10 days to complete the work. I shopped around and found Creative Repipe, I was pleased to find out that Creative Repipe was less than half the price from other competitors and unlike the other plumbing companies their work included wall patching. I hired Creative Repipe and as promised they were in and out in 3 days out because they sent 5 people and all 5 were very courteous and professional. I went with the new material pex (the plastic) and it all went great. After they installed the new pipes my water pressure tripled! I never knew how bad it was until I repiped. The City inspector said the work was great, professional and workman like manner. I was very nervous and probably not an easy customer to deal with because I just had my walls repainted and new wood floors installed but Creative Repipe made it look easy and I appreciated that they covered everything and were very clean and organized. I highly recommend this company.

Our house is in the middle of a full remodel. We have the floors down to the concrete and all the walls open and down to the studs. Our neighbor suggested taking this opportunity to repipe. We are so glad we did, repiping when your house is empty and down to the studs is extremely inexpensive, if you use Creative Repipe. They asked us not to have any other contractor working on the house on the day of the repipe, we didn't really understand why, but we complied. Then on the day of the repipe a crew of 11 people showed up, we were shocked. They knocked it out in one day! It was an army of workers, they walked in and worked and worked all day. Our 3 story house was finished at 6:30-PM, they were well organized definitely knew what they were doing. The city inspector knew the main crew guy by name (sorry I forgot his name) and he told me he has inspected a few jobs from this company and they always do great work. My husband and I rate our experience with them at 5 stars!

We own a house that has a concrete slab as a foundation, no attic, and the walls are block walls or brick. We had several companies come out to show us how they would install the new pipes. We were always unhappy because every plumber and repipe company said we had to run copper pipes exposed, there was no other option. Exposed pipes would be an eye sour, so we passed. A year went by then we got our 5th leak and so I started looking to repipe again. I stumbled on the Creative Repipe website and read someplace that they get Creative that their name says it all. So, I called them for an estimate, Jonathan came out and he was professionally very impressive. He came up with two very clever ways of running and hiding pipes, he suggested trenching and hydro boring, it was a lot, like 50 feet around the outside of our weird house, they trenched and drilled under our pavers and installed pipes. That eliminated at least 50% of the ugly exposed pipes, then the crew leader George suggested painting the copper pipes the same color as the brick. Today it is all done and you can't tell that new pipes were installed, on the brick walls, painting the pipes the same color was great idea you have to look hard to spot the pipe. Due to the complexity of our house, the final look ended up beyond our expectations. Thank you Jonathan, George and all the workers from Creative Repipe, you have a customer for life, great job!

am fortunate to live in an affluent area; but I am nowhere near being wealthy. I bought my house in the eighties and because of where I live, any time I receive a quote from a contractor it is always outlandish. Our water pipes were old and it was time to repipe. My son is a drywall guy so I didn't want wall patching. I just wanted all new water pipes installed. After getting several quotes, in my opinion this company was the most professional and among the least expensive. Our home is a for a two story and Creative Repipe came in around the five-thousand-dollar mark. Good golly! You talk about in and out, they sent a large crew and they all went right to work. They walked in and covered everything with plastic. My new plumbing system was installed in one day and they were done by 5:30pm, clean, fast, and up to know zero issues, amazing!

My house is one of those that has a space were someone can crawl underneath, one day we saw a stream of water coming out of the crawl space. As it turned out we had two pipes burst, after having the water removed from under the house, we were advised by a plumber that the pipes were too rusted to fix, we had to repipe. The plumber provided a price to repipe, it was a lot of money. My aunt told me about Creative Repipe she was very happy they repiped her house in that new plastic stuff. I called and their quote was less than half! I also went with the plastic, I was very impressed with the company very professional and easy to deal with, my husband who supervised the work said they are a first-class outfit. Everything went smooth as promised. Once they finished the overall water pressure in the house dramatically improved an unexpected bonus for repiping, we so happy.

I needed a repipe I had a total of six leaks before I finally agreed to repipe. My plumber had been telling me for 2 years to repipe. I finally listened, he recommended this company and stated that he is not set up to repipe my house. I met with Jonathan he provided the estimate; he was patient and answered all my many questions. I must admit I was very hesitant at first. My assessment is this company is a professional repipe company for sure. Everything went well including the wall patching. I am very pleased with the work performed.
