I had a slab leak and was gonna have the one pipe rerouted by a plumber for $1,600. I decided to look into a whole house repipe and contacted three repipe company's. Creative Repipe gave me the best price and had the best customer service. Rafael explained everything in detail and informed me that they use nothing but the best products. I was very happy with the work that was done, and it only took about 6 hours to finish my entire house. The patching crew was also very good and patched everything in one day. I'm very happy that I chose creative repipe.

We had a great experience with this company and they exceeded our expectations, including finishing up the two phases of the PEX repiping earlier than expected on each day. I do no at all recommend then. I was convince by saleman and they promised a professional service, especially at COVID-19. Unfortunately I had emergency repipe required.
Guys came in house with no respect for your home. Ask to pls be careful, showed them what areas not go (not needed for plumbing), and asked them not to move or touch items without my permission. Several times I informed them I was high risk.
They moved items without me knowing, I don't know if they broke anything...they did not wear masks nor booties only after ai asked several time. Then they wore outside in the rain and brought sorry booties in house without plastic or cover.

They stepped on my new rug with dirty shoes and left dirty handprints on walls without cleaning. They had a teenager working for them, who refused to follow my request, sneezing on several times, putting tools and his personal belongs in areas not covered, in my sofa, in new rug and using door I specifically not use. I finally had to ask to please only keep teenager away from upstairs.

Called and sent messages to office and received no response until after work was done. When we finally communicated with office, sales guys was extremely rude and threaten to not finish the job.

They convince your that they will take all COVID-19 precautions but they didn't and won't.

They obviously sub other work and may or may not be license. Obvious with young kid working, wouldn't be surprised.

I am still waiting on copy of permit.
When informed office of my dissatisfaction, instead of improvement, they said ""the feeling is mutual"".
Not professional at all.

Again, I do not recommend them. Consider others, even paying more for a safer and more professional treatment. I regret it but now have no chose but to finish the job.

Wish I would have called them earlier. I had three slab leaks in less than a year at my home in Cathedral City. After the second leak, I decided it was time to stop playing whack-a-mole and cutting into my foundation at $1200/pop. Creative Repipe replumbed the whole house with PEX in one day including the city permit. Their proposal and information packet was professional and easy to understand. They delivered on the project and met my expectations. I even got an extra/new hose bib in the backyard and a direct water line to my fridge. The drywall patching job was so good that I cannot see where there were holes. They matched my heavy drywall texturing exactly. Pro tip: make sure you decide whether you want your sprinklers behind the water regulator before they start!

After multiple leaks, and even getting DROPPED by my home insurance for too many leak-related claims, it was time to repipe. Had a stellar experience with Creative from the moment I made the request, up until the last wall was patched. Responded super fast and had Aaron out at my next convenience. Aaron explained the process clearly, answered all of my questions, and gave a reasonable quote. The crew was also fantastic, and truly went above and beyond when they discovered yet another leak, previously unknown, that was causing wood/drywall to crumble. They even worked directly with the city inspector to formulate a solution, saving me from having to hire an outside engineer (plus additional contractors), since this type of repair operation was already within their capabilities. Even the city inspector remarked about their high proficiency when he came the next day to examine their work. Excellent and speedy customer service throughout the whole experience, and was flexible working around my schedule and needs. Would most definitely recommend to ANYONE!

For those of you considering a re-pipe of your home or building, you should definitely call Creative Repipe for an estimate. I have been contemplating for a repipe of my apartment building for over a year. I finally decided to do it. I called 5 repipe companies that came out and walked through the units to give me thorough estimates. With each estimate, I learned more about the extensive nature of repiping my building. How long it would take, the materials being used, what is included like patching and painting. I asked about 100 questions. I received quotes from the biggest companies to the smallest and finally settled on contracting with CR. Here is the good and bad. The salesperson that came out was highly professional and was hands on and called me back immediately every time I had a question. Now, what he told me and what occurred were 2 different stories. For instance, I was told a crew of 10-12 people would finish the job in 1 day. Not true! So why did I still give them 5 stars? It is Rafael G. When I called and explained to him the things the salesperson said and what actually occurred, this man took over and got everything working smoothly. If it wasn't for him, I probably would not have been completely satisfied. When a person in the company takes pride and ownership on a customer's concern and takes care of everything in detail and make it right, it really sets your mind at ease. A repipe job is expensive and it has to be done right! You have to trust the work and the warranty behind it. I trust Rafael G. If you're looking to repipe your home or building and you interview a sales rep just make sure what he tells you is put down in writing, know the materials they are using and find out if they include patching and painting and then choose the company that is best for you. I interviewed companies with 100's of good YELP reviews and still decided on Creative Repipe. I am glad I chose them for the Repipe job.

We had slab leak on 01-08-2020. We called several companies to do the estimates. We selected Creative Repipe because Mr. Aaron Lopez gave us a very professional presentations about repiping with PEX or copper, answered all the questions we had and quoted reasonable price. Their crews came at 8:30 AM and finished whole house (2156 sq. ft) repiping with L copper pipe by 5:30 PM on the same day. Their dry wall patch team did the very nice job. We are very impress about theIr job. Mr. Rafael Gonzalez follow up and complete to fix few minor items. We are highly recommend this company to any one.

We had an EXCELLENT experience with Creative Repipe. We were in the middle of a remodel of our home and decided to add Pex for our plumbing as we didn't want to worry about future leaks. We had 3 companies give a quote, but Rafael was thorough and patient and made us feel the most comfortable with the process and their warranty. He was EXTREMELY responsive any time we called or emailed with questions. Albert and his crew who did the install were awesome! They were so quick and triple and quadruple checked everything was installed correctly and made sure there were no leaks. When we noticed an issue of the placement of the Pex in one area due to a future remodel in the kitchen they immediately fixed the problem, and they stayed until 8pm to make sure we were 100% happy. They did not leave a mess.

The next crew to come in fixed all the drywall and stucco. Again, they were quick and thorough, and did not leave a mess. The pricing was on par with the other quotes but it was their customer service that makes me give them 5 stars. Every aspect of the Pex project was professional, thorough, and responsive. Every member of the project was kind, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I honestly can't say enough positive things about our experience with Creative Repipe.

Just the thought of re-piping is terrifying. I interviewed a number of re-pipe companies and Creative Re-pipe was the most professional and complete. They explained how they were going to re-pipe some difficult areas without breaking any wall or floor tiles. They did exactly what they said they would do. The re-pipe was complete in one day so we could take a shower that evening! I highly recommend this company.
