This """"company"""" was sent out by our apartment management company 4-5 times because of water flooding half of our apartment multiple times over the course of 3 years, but increasing in frequency since February. It's related to the drain pipe in the kitchen. Each time they sent out these sloppy looking, socially awkward, unprofessional guys who couldn't figure out what the issue was. The final time, yesterday, they told us that the snake camera they had was too big and they would need to come back with a smaller one, I was at the kitchen table watching, they couldn't see anything. WELL... today we talk to the apartment complex manager and somehow Creative Plumbing determined after the fourth or fifth time checking, that it's our fault. They """"saw"""" grease in the pipes, which is funny because any olive oil we use, the only oil we use, we drain into cans and then discard in the trash. The funnier part is that we only cook a couple of times per month. We've been ordering meals from Icon Meals for years. PLUS, this happened for the first time right after we moved in, not enough time to clog pipes with imaginary grease. They couldn't figure out what the problem was, wanted to save face and lied. It's absolutely not possible to figure out who the first one to cause a clog was, especially when the pipe that's clogging is connected to the apartment upstairs. Avoid this company. There are dozens of other 4.5-5 star companies in the area that have great reputations and decades of trust from the community.

They literally hang up in your face and get bothered when you call for an update of an ongoing issue. Very unprofessional.

They would let me behind or in front of them on my way home from work, almost made me miss my exit. then mocked me at the light, like driving is a game that they were winning at. Childish and very unprofessional.

Sherman and Brian came out to help me with a problem i had been dealing with for 8 days and in less than 5 minutes the problem was solved!!!! I am so ecstatic about the work that they did and would hire them again.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to use creative for anything. They have had to come out to my house almost everyday for the last month and keep telling me the issue is fixed just for it to happen again not even a hour after the leave. They also leave a huge mess And when I say a mess I mean they left actual poop on the outside of my tub and toilet, left dry wall on the floor with a actual puddle of water as well and somehow they thought it was okay to pull down my shower rod and shower curtain and put it in my living room and leave it there. They are extremely unprofessional and thought that me having the same issue day in and day out was the funniest thing ever. We'll see how funny it is when I contact the better business bureau.

This is a company of CROOKS and THIEVES. Their work is terrible and full of cut corners. If you are interested in wasting your time and money, hire these jokers, but make sure to set up your appointment up with the next company you call to actually fix your problem. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

TERRIBLE! I cannot believe this company. They came out a few weeks ago when we had a back up and snaked our drain. We were charged $250. Well, turns out that didn't fix the problem. So, we called again and this time they brought a camera. They charged us $200 AGAIN...to just look at the problem they failed to fix the first time. Now we have to call yet another company to fix it and that will be even more money. WHY DIDN'T WE LEAD WITH THE CAMERA PEOPLE!!! THEY STOLE $250 FROM US! They won't take responsibility for their failure and to top it all off they were late and unclear when they would arrive BOTH times AND they tracked mud all over my rug. Do not use this company. They are basically scammers.

The saviors, truly. Though they only clean up the liquid that overflowed from the tub, sinks or toilets. They do not bleach the floor or help clean anything else. They leave that up to you. Apartment complex pipes got backed up, Creative came around 6pm and didn't leave until 11pm. During the 5 - 6 hours of figuring out the issue (it was a broken pipe), the tub got backed up with sewage and the toilet multiple times began to overflow and went all over the place. The sink also began to spew sewage all over the place. Around 6pm (as I stated above) Creative came in with one plumbing truck to hopefully fix the issue but they couldn't so about an hour later, they had to get duty backup and brought in another plumbing truck. Then around maybe 11, they had another truck come but that was on cleaning duty. What really causes the mess is when they either flush the pipes or push out all the excess gunk in the pipes. Creative cleaned all the liquid up. Sadly, the rest of the mess is our mess to clean up. Even though the overflowing was they're fault. Staff is great though, though I could have used some help if they brought a mop and some bleach at least get rid of all the #2 stains on the floors, tub and sink.

If you are a paint vendor and the properties you work for use creative take pictures of EVERYTHING after you are done. Their resurfacers always overspray, never clean up their trash and make it look obvious that they don't care some other company came in and put hard work. They say they can't take off the wrapping for resurfacing for some reason that is B.S. and then will just leave trash there. v VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. This is the definition of a company that got money then decided to stop caring about their customers or quality of work.

I encountered these guys as I stood in the middle of a street, while they blew through a well-marked crosswalk. They then yelled """"fu** you"""" at me through their open window. My experience may not tell you if they are good plumbers, but it does tell you the level of respect that they have for other people, in particular females, which might make one question whether or not they can or should be trusted in your home. The fact that they did all of this in a truck that is plastered with their company name and info would also make me seriously question their intelligence.
