Had a clogged toilet I couldn't fix myself. CRC plumbing called me back first thing in the morning and was able to come over immediately. I was so thankful. He was able to unclog the toilet instantly. He noticed a minor correction needed in the tank and took care of that also. Much appreciated. Clete and Blake were friendly, professional and courteous. Very thankful. He even uses venmo and zelle. Which makes payments so easy.

Very happy. Spoke with Clete on the phone and set-up an appointment the next afternoon. He was running late, but that was fine because he cared enough to communicate - which seems to be rare these days. Looked at the problem, a broken shower handle rod in a Moen cartridge. I had bought a replacement at a big box store, but it wasn't good for the repair. Clete said he had a handle that would work offsite, and had no problem coming back to install it the next day. He did just that. The cartridge was a bear to get out, but he got it out and fixed everything, with the proper handle he provided.

Professional, communicative, fair pricing, and excellent service - qualities that are unfortunately forgotten these days. My plumbing headaches, as far as any services, are done. I know if I have a problem, I can pick up the phone and call Clete and it will be taken care of the right way.

Fast, Fair, Fantastic!! Hired Clete to replace my garbage disposal - he did a great job for a fair price. Then I showed him a hose bib I thought I needed to replace and instead of quoting me to replace, he tightened a nut and fixed it! What a relief! Great guy , great service!

VERY HAPPY!! Had a leak of course at night. Couldn't find anyone to come at night but Clete was able to get out the next day and fixed us all up. Very nice and friendly. Only did what he had to do and nothing more...and I mean that in a good way. Thank you soooo much!!! Oh and wooo pig!!
