Charles has been my plumber for close to a decade and I'm just finally giving him the 5 star review he deserves. Charles knows his stuff, is clean, honest, and reliable. I think the most important thing I can say about him is that he's respectful. He respects your time, house, wallet and most importantly: you. I can not recommend him highly enough.

Charles is the most honest reliable plumber I have had come to my house in the 20 years I have owned it. Since the house is older, I have had every major upgrade and repair and have used many local companies. Regrettably, some became outlandishly expensive due to buying out smaller companies. One was just plain crooked but still in business. Charles does not gouge, is on-time and I don't have to call him back to finish or repair the work. Thank you, Charles of CRC Plumbing!

We recently learned we had a slab leak. We immediately called OUR plumber Charles with CRC Plumbing that we have been using for the past 10 years. He came out and isolated the general area. We also, per Charles, had a leak detection company to come out and confirm the leak area... once isolated and he was correct, Charles was able to complete the job. He rerouted it up through our attic and as ALWAYS , he explains in detail exactly what he's doing and why... He has NEVER disappointed and always takes care of any job we have, big or small with the same dedication of service ...You're always on schedule, honest and 100% fair on your pricing... you've never disappointed our family.. Charles showed up to fix a dripping bathroom faucet. He charged me $150 for a 15 minute job. He left and the problem is still there. After he was done with the job he told my wife that he will charge if he has to come back for the same problem. No work guarantee! Not good. Be aware.
Next stop is Nextdoor with the same review.

Charles made the entire project planning, material procurement, and installation processes so streamlined. It only took us 3 days from the initial phone call to complete the replacement of 2 of our toilets in my house. Charles arrived on time at 7 am sharp on the day of the project execution and completed the project before 11 am. He has a warm and nice personality, very approachable, and know his job very well. The quality of his work was top notch. We were glad that we had the opportunity to know him and work with him. Thanks Charles!

I called on a Tuesday morning because of a cold shower. By lunch, I had a new water heater. It wasn't just the timing. The prior owner of my house improperly installed the previous water heater in a dangerous fashion and without proper safety features. CRC set it up right the first time and came up with solutions that did not severely impact the cost of the installation.

I have been calling CRC (Charles) for plumbing help for the last 4 years! He always does a really great job. Plumbing work is never cheap that is for sure but whenever he finishes a project the area he works in is always clean. He always gives you a good explanation of what it is he needs to do for you and what will happen. I have never had to call him back for repeat work on anything he has completed. Only on new things that needs repairing and I will keep calling him. Last week my water heater went out. He was quite busy but came anyways and work in to the night to help me get it done and didn't say I have to charge you last minute fees like all the other places when you give them less than 24 hr notice!

I had used CRC the 1st time for a water Heater and was happy with the service and the price for a new one. This time I was out of town and my wife had a facet issue I had her call CRC and they took care of it right away. She felt very pleased with the work done, and comfortable having them in our home while I was on east coast.
